I had a 2 bedroom townhouse carpet on a set of stairs to be cleaned. The clean itself was great and the carpets smelled fresh after.

However, I booked for a 1pm carpet clean and the cleaner did not show up until 1: 30pm. It then took him 30min to “set up” as he took 2-3 personal and business calls while unpacking his van and the clean itself didn’t even start until well after 2pm. Thankfully the clean only took 45min

The cleaner was not very personable, but he came around towards the end.

This is the second time I've used Nasir and his team and they do a fantastic job. My couch looks brand new again. Highly recommend.
