This is the most effective carpet clean I have experienced in 30 years. In spite of a slight mix up concerning timing, the cleaners rearranged their schedule to accommodate me. Not only that, they agreed to steam clean a couch free of charge, and managed to remove a long standing cat urine odour. I will use this company again and am very impressed by the standard of their work, courtesy and efficiency.
