Never use Priority One. Had a hole in my water pipe, as on tank water a.priority to get it repaired ASAP. Said someone will be there between 2-4 and will call first. No call. Rang and they said someone there tomorrow. Told them, you let me down, don't bother. 5 days latter Text Message, cannot make tomorrow, can do the next day. ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS.

Beware this company.
We had 2 really bad experiences with them.
On the first occasion, they did an expensive electricity job for us, but haven't fixed the entire issue. When we called them, asking to finish fixing it, as their responsibility, they came quick but insisted on charging us AGAIN, and with a high fee for this (without any advance warning), even though we already paid them several thousands dollars for this job.
On the second occasion, before we knew how bad it'll go with electricity, we called them for a plumbing issue with toilet. The plumber gave us a complex 'diagnosis' and a high quote, but refused committing anything formally to paper. We got a second quote which was at least 50% less and the diagnosis was completely different. The second plumber fixed our toilet and it has been great since.
This company is dishonest and I saw there are similar online reviews about them by other customers.

Could not fault the gentleman that came out and gave us plumbing advice. His knowledge and advice was spot on. Was on time. So impressed with the service and skill of Priority One. Would recommend and use again.

From the outset the PriorityOne team, recommended highly by another supplier, took a cost-effective problem-solving approach to providing options for our failed ducted domestic heating and airconditioning system. Diagnostic site visits produced tailored energy efficient options and were supported by timely, accurate and succinct responses to my several questions. At no time did I feel I was being over sold on inappropriate equipment. Having decided on a system, the planning and execution of the installation was thorough. This included the coordination of activities with another heating appliance supplier so that there was minimal disruption to our household. The installation team was efficient, friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. Overall a very positive experience has provided us with a system that is superior in performance, has reduced the AC noise level, and is much more energy efficient. Absolutely confident in recommending this team to my friends.

Beware these guys price gouge by marking up parts at %50 of retail price, as well as charging full call out and hourly rates.in my case the mark up represent about $600, for simply supply the part- fault diagnosis and repair is charged separately.needless to say they were shy about giving full quote break down and only told me they mark up by 50% after i advised i had checked prices with Daikin.

I manage several properties and over the busy Xmas/Jan period Priority One have been very responsive with the many electrical problems that we have come up against at the properties. They have attended very quickly and communicated the issues promptly. We have been really happy with their service.

From choosing the Air-conditioning inside their showroom right to the follow up phone call ensuring all was operating well on completion.

Asked them to repair automated gate- nightmare.
Extremely shoddy workmanship, poor outcome, I am now sourcing a company to replace the whole thing.
No back up, no follow through, way more expensive than quote and guess what- after numerous calls the gate is still not working!
Extremely poor, absolutely no due diligence, no testing of emergency back up if power fails - which it did and gates were stuck.
Do NOT use this company

I have given 1 star as that was the minimum, they deserve minus 5.

The guys at Priority One are an awesome team to deal with. I have used them a few times now for both my business and home. Reliable, knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly they are professional licensed electricians that stand behind there work. Highly recommended for all your electrical needs!
