I recently returned to Print Decor in Melbourne in March 2017. I had to frame an artwork I purchased overseas. I found the help in working out the frame and presentation with using correct styles and mat colours very helpful. There were inexpensive "budget" options offered, as well as a more upmarket approach which wasn't cheap, but for this special piece of art work was well worth it. Thanks again to Lynne and Rob for your care and good design sense.

I got some framing done with a gentleman named Jeremy at Print Decor. I came in with an old, well-loved painting that had been in the family for a number of decades and we wanted to get a really nice frame for it. Jeremy took the time to go through a ton of different options and really made sure that it was a product that looked fantastic and that I was happy with. His attention to detail was nothing short of stupendous. I'll certainly be returning for any future framing I need done, or artwork in future homes. Can recommend 12/10

I cannot recommend Print Décor and the service I received from Lauren highly enough. I recently purchased an authenticated print for a special occasion gift. Lauren seamlessly guided me through this process and showed such care and consideration, helping me to make decisions (i.e. Sizing and framing) to best showcase the work in our home. The end result exceeded my expectations.

After expressing interest to buy the seller increased the price of the item. After enquiring a second time about postage to Queensland the seller subsequently increased the price further before I made my purchase.
I ended up choosing to purchase the item from an alternative business.
Disgusting behaviour

80% more expensive than other quotes for a simple oak frame. Unclear whether they were flat out or not (didn’t indicate as such), but good to price check

Highly recommend visiting this gorgeous shop, the design consultants, particularly Lauren, are absolutely fabulous at what they do, the artistic direction and quality of their framing is stunning.

Excellent product and customer service. I bought 3 mirrors during lockdown in NSW. 1 mirror arrived, 2 did not. Print Decor got straight onto it and the other mirrors arrived 3 days later and in excellent condition. Thanks so much Lauren.

Mirrors are very expensive when you take the poor quality into consideration. Shop designed for people with too much money and not enough sense.

Ordered and paid for 2 mirrors over the phone and they didn't even post them till I rang 12 days later.
I will never use this mob again. Pathetic service!

I cannot recommend Print Decor enough! I was looking for a particular type of mirror and found it at Print Decor. I spoke to Elana on the phone and she discussed how I can get the item shipped to Queensland. There was concerns about transporting the mirror and handling it with utmost care which the Print Decor team sorted out for me.

Lauren, could not have been more helpful. I wanted to suprise my wife with a Slim Aarons print for her birthday. Arranging this is Covid times and hiding it from my wife was difficult.
Lauren helped to choose the best size, framing options and delivery timeframes. She kept me updated on the progress of the print, all while maintaining a shroud of secrecy.
I could not have done this without Laurens hard work knowledge and advice.
How did it end? In tears.of happiness and suprise from my wife when she unwrapped a present she has been talking about for 20 years.
