We have had Principia wines in the past but weren't aware that tastings were available by appointment. The ambiance was rustic which made for a unique and memorable experience. The real highlight, however, was the exceptional quality of the chardonnay and pinot noir wines. Both were absolutely delicious and showcased Darrin's expertise and passion for winemaking.
Darrin was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. He also had an incredible wealth of knowledge about the winemaking process. We highly recommend their wines, you won't be disappointed! "
