Absolutely beyond excellent customer service!

Princess Trade went above and beyond for me for a broken part which is part of a product I bought almost a year ago.

I asked if they sold replacement parts (as I didnt want to replace the whole unit), they responded within a day saying that they didnt sell them, but that they'd send me a couple anyway as long as I paid for postage.

What a kind and generous response.

Seriously, WOW.

It's the little efforts that make a company (or a life) great (or not).
I'll certainly be back - customer for life:)

I want to put Zero stars. It it won’t let me. Product did arrive in good time, but stinks so much it can’t be used! Smells like petro-chemicals. I was a bit shocked as massage by its definition needs to have neutral or soothing smells. I should have known - it’s was too cheap to be any good. I’ve aired it out for a couple of weeks outside and it almost smells normal but you can still smell that chemical smell, so I’m not going to risk using it and getting a smell on my table. Save your money and go and get a proper massage table cover!

I went there recently to return an item and they were very friendly and polite. Helped me carry the replacement item to the car. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service.

I bought a mig welder from these guys via ebay. It didn't feed, it was gasless only even though the ad said it took gas. It is completely unusable.

I bought a Compressor Pack from princess_trade and when I turned it on it seemed imediately jammed and started smoking from the motor. I contacted the above and told them what had happened. Without any issues was told sorry for my issue and within in 4 days I had a brand new Compressor on my Door Step. I started it and it worked perfectly. In speaking of my dealing with this company, I would deal with them again any time. They did not cause the fault, it was most likely a production fault at the manufacturing company that made it. Princess_trade stood by their Warranty and replaced it straight away. So I Thank You.

Great customer service. Our product was great. It had a good price and was delivered on time. We ended up having some difficulties with the product and it was replaced in a fast and efficient manner. All products can be prone to issues but the customer service to get it sorted this time was amazing.

Purchased a fish tank from them weeks ago and have still yet to receive item or any response from this company as to where my item is. I had my fish sitting in a bowl for over a week nearly dying before I had to go out and purchase another tank to get me through. Thank goodness I did because I'm still waiting! Very unhappy customer and will never shop here again!

EBay seller with shop front. Great pet and garden supplies here. Good service and very cheap. Would recommend coming here for aquarium supplies and the like.

The product was not as specified on ebay. Once this was brought to their attention, they did everything possible to rectify the problem. All phone calls and emails were answered promptly. The matter resulted in a refund which again was handled promptly. I would deal with them again.
