I was impressed with my doctor she was very good she asked lots of questions and met all my concerns, considering I don’t go to the doctors very often she was very patient with me.

Am a new patient and got an appointment quickly through the HotDoc app and all reception staff and Dr Nur Ibrahim were so kind, accommodating and friendly. So glad I chose this clinic to be my new GP.

We didn't have to wait long to be seen, also didn't feel rushed. Dr explained everything in detail & in a way both my child & myself would understand. Great job princess park!

Please don't make the same mistake we made trusting a Dr here. GET A SECOND OPINION IF YOUR NOT HAPPY. There incompetence and lack of care have left a grandmother fighting for her life in hospital.

My experience with this practice has been very negative. After 2 appointments they refused to renew the medications I've been taking for over 20yrs. I was referred to this practice after moving to Victoria and have support from my previous doctors. The main purpose for my appointment was a hernia but thats was ignored because the doctor only wanted to lecture me about the medication I take. I am 50yo and I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.

Best clinic in the area. I've tried them all! Rachel is fantastic with children. So caring, so professional, such a great approach and clear wisdom in her field. I'm very impressed with tough little critics giving the absolute thumbs up.
Marnie is an absolute asset to this clinic also, she can settle any nervous child with ease and just knows what to say when that extra care is needed. Never leave, either of you!
Receptionists are all very friendly and professional and consistent.
Short waiting times, makes a huge difference too.

I visited the Clinic with a friend who does not have English as his first language.
Dr Mathew managed my friend's problem thoroughly and to my friend's satisfaction.

My son visited this doctor through a doctors in schools program. Dr. Jimmy Tseng was great and he reassured him on a couple of things. He contacted me by phone when the pathology came back with the results from his blood tests and even emailed me through information for the supplements we need along with the test results. Usually doctors make you come in for another appointment for that kind of thing. I was impressed with his kindness and efficiency, he told me to email him after reading the information if I had any questions. Thank you, Doctor.

The staff are very polite and understanding. Although the desk itself could be a little smaller I feel that it's too high and can barely hear the staff when speaking with them but they are fantastic about the whole situation.

There is a very minimal wait time to see the doctor and the doctor I choose to see is very compassionate, honest, reliable, trustworthy and empathic I could go on but you’ll get bored of me.

The clinic is a very clean/immaculate environment which is very important to me in a doctor's clinic.

I'd say, overall professionally and health-wise they are doing an amazing job to keep up with the welfare of the clinic, staff and doctors and including their patients.

Princess Parc Clinic you're doing an amazing job, especially by keeping your doctor to stay by running the clinic in a timely and professional manner I was impressed by the very first time I step foot in the clinic and I'm still impressed. Well done to all of you that help keep the clinic going as smoothly as it does.

I moved up here 3 years ago. And I am very happy with my choosing of Princess park clinic. My doctor is perfect and professional. There are a few different doctors here and they all are just fantastic.

My 2 year old seen Dr John today. She was very upset and perhaps a little scared. She only wanted to cuddle into me. Dr John was fantastic with her, he knew when to give her space and when to talk to her. He showed her his equipment and let me use the equipment on my daughters doll first before he used it on my daughter. It was an excellent appointment.

My wife, Patsi and I had our second follow-up appointment on Thursday with Dr. Andrew Kuddithamby. We were very happy with the attention we received from the reception staff.
Dr. Andrew impressed us with his thorough review and he attended to our medical needs.

I loved the way the doctor talked to me, he was very reassuring and calm and listened to my troubles very well.

The doctor was very interested in my situation and gave great advise on how I should protect myself from infection. Also had an understanding of the medication I am on and the issues relating to it. I will going forward use him as my doctor

The Drs are good. But what’s wrong with the receptionists? Rude as hell, for god’s sake, I didn’t owe the receptionist a million dollars.

Slightly behind with appointments at 3.45 in the afternoon which is quite exceptional for a GP. Always excellent service
