I purchase a complete Baptism outfit from this store for my Nephew which cost approx. $670. The pant straps were excessively too long on him, and were not adjustable - which was strange. We had to safety pin them in place on the day of his baptism which is very disappointing. For a made to order outfit and the price I paid, I expected a good quality fit. It would have been acceptable if it was just a little bit off, but honestly the straps were about 15cm too long on each side. My sister also let me know, that she had this same issue last time she got an outfit from this store for her other son's baptism. Please consider this in future, very disappointing.

We’ve had one of the best experience while we were shopping a baptism gown, Zara was incredible and helpful all the way through even when we couldn’t decide, Vicki also was great and lovely, make sure to pay this laddies a visit for all your needs.

Lorraine was quite possibly the best sales person I’ve ever come across. She was so genuine, lovely and warm with my son Leo and was so patient with him. She showed us a wide range of outfits and gave us great advice on which outfit to choose. Our son looked so handsome for his birthday/baptism and Lorraine was magnificent. Her assistant (another Irish lady whose name I’ve forgotten - sorry) was also fantastic! Would 100% recommend. Thanks again Lorraine and team!

Such amazing service, Lorraine was extremely welcoming. I was looking for a flower girls dress for my upcoming wedding and she made it a breeze and such a fun experience for my flower girl. She definitely took care of us.

Terrible service, a lovely junior staff member served my daughter and I as a walk in. She was rudely interrupted by a senior staff member who asked her not to take too long serving me as there may be other customers in the store who had appointments, the junior staff member checked with other patrons to see if they had an appointment, they did not. I found an item I wanted to buy but was left lingering around the counter with several other senior staff making looks at me while speaking to customers apologising for their junior staff being slow, this was unnecessary and condescending. I left without purchasing anything in the end, I was appalled by their treatment, I was clearly in there to buy a dress and jacket for my wedding in June. Would not return to this store.

Amazing service and collection. We found the most beautiful dresses for my sisters wedding at Princess Boutique. We were impressed with the quality and range and returned again over the weekend for a christening. We were assisted by Vicki, who was very patient and knowledgeable. The store was extremely busy but we did not feel pressured or rushed during our appointment. Would highly recommend.

I received the most amazing help and guidance when I recently visited Princess Boutique to choose my flower girl and Paige boy outfits for my sisters wedding. The quality was amazing and the selection great.

My husband and I drove 3 hours to Princess Boutique and was greeted by Lorraine and her friendly staff. An absolutely beautiful boutique with stunning christening gowns, in which we found our God-Daughters. Lorraine was so helpful and made the process so easy. Would 100% recommend. X

I was looking for a perfect dress for my Daughter for her birthday. After looking here n there for month and a half someone suggested this place. Finally got a really beautiful dress for her. Very nice staff as well. (By the way thanks for saving my car being towed away) … Highly recommended

Our story has started 1.5 years ago and we have purchased beautiful dress and few extras from them for my daughter's holy communion.

As you aware, we have gone through very hard time with COVID and all events and public gathering were stopped. After 18 months my daughter's dress was not fit due to her time changes with her age.

I called them and explained what went through. They were ready to listen my story and care they shown us unbelievable. They inspected and exchange our dress without any charge.

It's not about the money.its about the care and respect they keep for their clients not seen many in Melbourne.

Hands down the best experience! Loraine was absolutely amazing, first appointment went so good with two out of three of my flower girls and then had to take a size to my third flower girl. Loraine was fantastic in swapping over the size as it was a size to big. We did an order and the dresses and shoes are absolutely beautiful!
After how great my first appointment went I then booked for my fiancé to take our page boy, again Loraine was so good with him too. He felt so comfortable and was in his element!

I will definitely be coming back here in the future

Absolutely amazing service from a lovely lady named Loraine (: Let my mother and I in whilst she was closed and busy with her own stuff to do around the shop. Her service and guidance with what to clothe the baby was great and she really did help us find the perfect outfit for the day from fabrics, weather consideration and comfortability for the baby! Absolutely would recommend coming here as the pricing and quality is great, such friendly and lovely staff and a very beautiful store!

What an amazing Boutique, gorgeous selection of Christening items, everything in one store all made so easy with the beautiful staff.
They were so professional and so accommodating. I definitely recommend, well worth a visit.
