Prince Mark Hotel

Our group has been dining here for years and since the table scanning service has come into effect the meals are taking far to long to come out. My friend ordered her food and l ordered mine at the same time. My meal came out around about the time hers did but my poor husband had to wait another 25 minutes for his to come out. When a group orders off a table then all the meals should come out together so that we can enjoy our meals together. Slow service needs to improve otherwise we might need to chose a better venue

Great menu with many varieties, food portion is really much and filling that you may not finish the plate

This gaming place is quite big and many machines to choose from, but somehow I don't get to win here.

To order they now want you to order through a QR code. Which wants to know all your details. What about ordering the old fashion way. My husband and I went last week and he refused to order this way. The staff didn't know what to say. Yes he was able to order the way he wanted only because he was very vocal about choosing in which way he wanted to order. Food was very nice. Crazy, you have to place your order like this now.

Had a great night here last week with 2 great friends. Food, service and atmosphere were awesome.

The best ever food we've had in ages! Thank u Chefs! The host were amazing esp Chloe and Grace who served us! Thank u ladies, uz made our night! Definitely bring my entire family here!

Had trouble paying with cash because of a new ordering system but very helpful and great food

The Prince Mark venue never seizes to disappoint. Always satisfied and ready to sleep upon exit! Food is glorious:)

The berry cheesecake is a must try!

Fast service, great food, large meals.
Meal orders are now done through an app on your phone, not a good system, doesn't work on all browsers and is much slower and also have to download app. Very annoying

Bit dingie on the outside, but clean and quaint on the inside, staff are friendly enough.
Usual pub prices.
Can be hard to get out of during afternoon peak, as drivers use carpark as a short cut (5-6pm).

Cash out machine took money from my account and didn't give cash. Staff were unbelievably unhelpful about the situation despite watching it happen.
Food was decent.

I really enjoy going to it is brand new now I like the staff I think they are very reasonable

Playground and slots are available while waiting for the food.

Staffs are friendly and the place can accommodate a large crowd which is good for any occasions.

Food is delicious and very big portions at a fair price.

Ordered the Parma, the serving was so small and it was rubbery, it was the worst Parma I ever had and I also ordered a side of veggies and gravy that never came

Great service stopped in the have dinner my friend and I had the mixed grill which was amazing the price was good friendly service. I will be back next time I'm in the area.only down side was the price of the drinks.

Absolutely great food and great service. This place is highly recommended for a meal that is just as good as a fine dining restaurant. Definitely will be back and highly recommend this place for a meal. Staff are super friendly.

Friendly environment for a really nice meal, play area and TV room for kids, good prices and a delicious porter house steak

Had a porterhouse steak tonight at prince-mark. Love the grill flavour & would go for a steak again. Hats off to the chef!

The food was amazing and the portions were generous. The staff were absolutely spectacular and super friendly, they made the experience wonderful. The place was clean and had such a fantastic atmosphere. I would highly recommend it!

Went here yesterday and had lunch with my dad absolutely amazing customer service the waitress was so nice, polite and helpful and the food was delicious. Would definitely return here again:)
