Prime Super

Prime super did not send me any information regarding an account my employer had opened until they had taken enough fees to put it in arrears, then they contacted me to take more money. When I confronted them about the lack of communication they refused to refund the fees. I would never use this fund as they are crooked and are not open or communicate. They took all the monies in my ccount then demanded more.

Prime super's Sydney office has provided great service to my family member as he needed to access his account. The customer service over the phone was very good and he was very happy with the operator he spoke with, which was very good as he experienced anxiety about sorting out his account but was so very happy with the help he received. I don't understand how the low-score reviews of this Super Fund can be genuine, they are diametrically opposite to my experience. I was a member of Combined Fund for over 10 years, and switched to Prime Super when the two funds merged about two years ago. The administration of the merger was a little untidy from the Combined Fund end but Prime Super fixed that.
My experience has been that Prime Super has at all times worked hard to provide good, practical customer service, and has succeeded. If I ring my service representative he ALWAYS either answers personally or rings back promptly. He has all the numbers and procedures at his fingertips, and always follows through on questions I raise - there has never been a matter he has not chased down to completion.
Investment returns are decent and customer communication works pretty well.
The website is comprehensive, I can see and manage all aspects of my accounts easily.
My wife joined the fund on my recommendation, and the process was easy and quick

Prime Super have provided a most professional service. The service has been very courteous, prompt and supportive.
