I have been trying to contact the maintenance supervisor for more than a year and there is no follow up and I recently tried contacting him again and there is no reply. Spoke to the HR and she zaid she will pass it to the maintenance team but no news again. It is very frustrating that there are issues in and outside the house and could lead to serious problem and then we might have to bare the cost.
I hope your team see this message and send someone to fix the problem.

I recently purchased a block of land with an existing permit and needed to get a file off of Prime Constructions. They were super helpful and went out of their way to help me even though I was using a different builder.

At short notice and with a fast turn around, this speaks wonders to me, and I would rate their customer service as exceptional. Many thanks to Sarah @Prime!

Wow! Prime Peojects did an amazing job on my new house! Such a friendly and organised company. Luke was such a massive help and felt free to talk about my visions through a phone call. Shane excelled at tidying up the final bits and pieces. In love with my new house.

BEWARE. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS TO BUILD. THEY DUG THROUGH OUR POLISHED CONCRETE DUE TO A PIPE THEY FORGOT TO PUT IN THE SLAB. AFTER MANY EMAILS BACK AND FORTH TO MAKE SURE THE CONCRETE IS KEPT SAFE AND IT WASNT. THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY THE COMPANY THAT FIXED IT AND IM NOW BEING SUED FOR NOT PAYING THE BILL EVEN THOUGH IT WASNT MY FAULT. STORM WATER WASNT EVEN CONNECTED AND NEARLY FLOODED THE HOUSE.

Terrible. Maintence people are not qualified & make things worse! Flooding, cracks, holes, terrible workmanship - & Prime still believe they’ve done right? ! Would be nice to get a return phone call or help from a manager/director after the build with all the problems. They don’t care! STAY AWAY!

Prime Projects did wonderful job building my property in the west of Melbourne. I've been absolutely delighted with it and they were very helpful throughout the whole experience.
