Had the unfortunate pleasure of getting an appointment with dr Michael Chalwe. He ignored my medical needs and proceeded to be condescending and rude, and when I called him out about this he got angry and tried to belittle me. I have no idea how this man got his practicing licence and judging by other reviews on here it is not only me that feels this way. Avoid this place like the plague

Went to see a dentist for regular cleaning. I was surprised with great service from receptionist to dentist. They all are very professional. A big shoutout to Dr. Yeseul Baek. Her professionalism is great. She cleaned my teeth real good. I highly recommend this place.

The worst medical consult experience I have ever had. Left in excruciating pain - no offer of pain relief - and hardly asked any questions or examined. I had to go see another - reputable - doctor at another clinic at my cost. Had a completely different and positive experience - looking forward to being able to sleep tonight.

I went in to see Dr Michael who is very pleasant and accomodating opposite to the receptionist.
The receptionist can’t find my appointment, very racist (which is really sad that is still happening). I was screaming giving her my details and saying that it might be the mask or my accent which she didn’t consider the background music was high, and telephone was ringing non-stop.
I was showing her my ID, medicare for her to see rather than me shouting all my details (address, medicare number number and date of birth) but she refused and said I can’t touch it. I told her I am not asking you to touch just look at it - again she refused saying she can’t see because of the reflection of light.
Very terrible customer service for a receptionist. Very unprofessional for a a person who should be dealing with people.
If there is other Clinic open nearby on a weekend that is bulk billing wouldn’t bother to come and visit this place.
I have been seeing bad reviews for the receptionist- they should look into this matter and train their staff to be friendly and patient. Couldn’t believe in this era racism is still a thing.

The new booking system is terrible. First time I used it i still waited 1 hr. Many people came in after me and were seen before me.
Second time same story.
I will not use booking service again.

Made a 5.30 appointment and we are still waiting an hour and 15 minutes later. People who have come in after us have seen the doctor we are meant to be seeing. How does that work. What is the point of making an appointment when they are so far off time. 8 people have seen our doctor since we got here.

I don't want to be rude, but practical. I think if you are told to wait for an hour and a half- that is bad enough. HOWEVER, if after that hour and a half you have to wait another 2 hours (3.5 hours) - that is unjust, unplanned, and frankly, disrespectful. I feel that a little more transparency is in-line (tell ya that much for free)

I’ve been using the GP drop in services here for 2 years. There has always been a long wait but the GPs have been polite and helpful. Since introducing the “online booking” system the waiting times are much, much longer. On two occasions I have waited 90 minutes past my allocated “appointment” time and ended up having to leave without even seeing a GP. Won’t be going back there.

Dont waste your time. They made me wait 3 hours to see a doctor then told me to go home as i would not be seeing one today. Absolute rubbish. Worse doctor i have ever been to

One doctor on at 9am on a weekday is pretty ordinary for a large medical centre. Long waits. Now taking appointments, but still waited 45 minutes. No better.

Was just abused by a doctor: Dr Mynt Maung, he was meant to do a toenail recession, he only got as far as stabbing me several times with a needle then saying my pain threshold was too low and sent me on my way with out even giving pain relief. So now I'm worse off then when I saw the idiot doctor, my mental health has gone south because he wouldn't stop telling me my pain threshold is too low. Mind you ive been hospitalised several times for much more painful things.

Clearly patient care is the lowest priority for this place. Making sick people wait 2.5 hours to see a doctor is ridiculous. And numerous times I’ve been disappointed at the quality of doctors working. And as people have said before on here.people coming after me are going on before me and they don’t have a appointment.

Dr ordered an X-ray so I went downstairs got the X-ray, very convenient, then he tried to look at it through his glasses and stated he wished they would provide an X-ray viewer but they don't have one. One lady on reception, she was pleasantly helpful despite the large number of people. I found myself wishing someone could help her.

Made an appointment for 12.40 and still waiting at 1.20. They have a new appointment system where they say "save time, book your GP appointment online. " When I asked the receptionist when I'll get my appointment she just said I have to be patient. Whatothe point of booking an appointment? The new system clearly isn't working. Thanks for wasting my time.

My daughter got overcharged on a filling yesterday and they won’t refund without investigating. Had one filling charged for two what’s to investigate. Have to call a Sydney number which is their accounts and wait till Monday. Ridiculous.

I would give it 0 if I could- we made an appointment not a walk I. And the doctor saw Walkinshaw which came in 30mins after we arrived.walking took priority over booked patients.not good enough

The long wait times have always been a concern, but you get what you pay for in life - and this place bulk bills and at least one of the doctors is 5 stars!
