As do many other staff members. They should be struck off the Registered NDIS list & NEVER be allowed to run a business ever again. Greed I tell you. Greed.

I am absolutely mortified that while my Recovery Coach is on leave, they have ceased supporting me. Three weeks in I am chasing them up, while they avoid my calls for 3 days and then say they have to find me someone. I was advised I would have a phone call from someone there on the first week (while Recovery Coach) was away to continue my support, this didn't happen.
Why does a vulnerable person who is on NDIS for a reason, have to chase the service up for continued support? !? !

Don’t bother even scheduling an interview with them.they said they will let you know your result but never got back to me, wishful thinking

Very poor experience in applying for the role. The boss is very much a hypocrite and told me to respond with professionalism when he had none.

All the positive reviews are from people who once worked their but jumped ship when they realised it is a money grabbing company!

I’ve tried to cancel, they ignore me. I said the charges for travel, seriously, $90, just for travel. As a self managed participant, prices are negotiable and I have to agree to them, I haven’t, it’s digging deep into my funding. I’m trying to tell them the support isn’t for accessing the community, I haven’t gone out once. They will charge for every possible thing without consent. Providers like this lost the meaning of what ndis and like a lot of providers, cash in and take advantage of funds to help and support people on Ndis, sickening, so much money going into the pockets of people who don’t care. They don’t even try to deny it, they just bill you and ignore your concerns. My support worker is great but I can’t handle who he works for. Un empathetic people. Money money money. Shameful.
And it&/ funny how when places like this get a bad review, there@/ no record of them being on their system. All the scammers say that lol.

Awful company to work for. Do not recommend, the participants I looked after were consistently left without support workers but their funding was still being taken. This company is all about money.

Denise Hancock has been fantastic, has made me feel comfortable and relaxed from our first visit and I now feel like I actually have a say and I’m being heard, and Peter Coughran has been very helpful to us both when we have rang with questions, I’m very happy.

A simply atrocious exploitative money-grubbing organisation. Cynically set up purely to make millions for this company's owner. The disregard for its 'clientele' base is disgraceful, brazen and truly beggars belief.

If you want to spiral downwards in you life then you picked the right place, these people do not show respect, compassion, or empathy for their clients. The manager is nasty and the workers are the same. Support workers here have no right to intrude into peoples lives the way these people do.

Im not sure if this was just me but i contacted the phone service and was spoken to very rudely.

Going off how i was talked to i wouldnt use these guys.

I am a mental health professional. I have had numerous contacts with multiple staff at this company. They are professional, efficient, caring and take the best possible care with all of their clients.

I love this place and the people who work there) I highly recommend seeking us out if you need mental health or disability support in Melbourne or anywhere else in Australia for that matter!
