I had an informative and pleasant session with Gus to talk about my recent feet injury.
He clearly and carefully explained the cause of my plantar fasciitis to help me understand why it happened to me. Then he developed a exercise plan for me to build strong calves, so I will be able to run free in the future.
He also provides a structured training plane for me to follow, so I can reduce the injuries during my run and ultimately run better in the future.

Ben is helpful, personable, and kindly puts up with my nervous chatter. He clearly explains the treatment options and prioritises my autonomy to choose what I think is best suited for my needs. I feel confident to manage my symptoms at-home because Ben laid-out the self-treatment objectives with clarity. Also, PurePhysio administrative staff (who manage the PridePlus office needs) are super accommodating and always friendly. From what I’ve seen, their adherence to COVID-19 regulations are on point.

I had a tele-health consultation with Gus McSweyn at PridePlus Health. I had complaints in my feet whilst running, which Gus was able to identify as being PF and has helped me with a recovery plan to help address the issue whilst ensuring I maintain fitness. Overall I was very impressed with the advice and thoroughly recommend their podiatry services.

A very comfortable and quality service from experienced podiatrist who is in the game of running, this is the difference as they take the time to understand what you're doing and how you got here to advise and perform the right treatment. Runners need not look anywhere else for a quality podiatrist in the city.

I was experiencing soreness in the heel of my foot, Ben was extremely thorough and did full analysis/research on my previous injuries, current and past activity, along with a full analysis of pain and movement in my foot. Ben genuinely wanted to fix the issue through exercise and strength as opposed to trying to get money out of me for extensive treatment that might not be required.

Very happy with the service and professionalism. Before I saw Ben, I had sore ankles but he diagnosed the problem and tailor made orthodics for me, and painlessly removed a couple of calluses. I now have very happy feet. Highly recommended!
