Naveena was very professional, very thorough explained my injury in detail and explained my rehabilitation plan, with achievable goals. Naveena also worked on my neck releiving the tension increasing my ROM.
I am very happy with my progress, improving my over all strength ROM and the future management of my chronic injury.

Went there to relieve back pain after I hurt it the day before. I left feeling no relief, was told he was to afraid to do any deep tissue release, and to just rest and apply heat. I could have saved my money. Not impressed.

Went to pride plus after a recommendation from a friend. Explained everything in plain English and got a great outcome.

Have had recurring ankle and knee problems and was recommend to book with a physio at Pride Plus in Pascoe Vale. Wasn't disappointed. Very easy going and genuinely cared about my issues. Went into great detail to work out the problem and make a program to overcome my injury and most importantly stay injury free.

I saw Naveena for a knee problem and she was great. Naveena is an expert, a star. She diagnosed my troubles and used a mixture of massage and exercise to get me back playing basketball.

Mike, the talented Exercise Physiologist, then helped guide me through much of my rehab. I always felt heard and in control. He was sure to have me doing the motion properly and now I feel great. Love the team at Pride and one day, when I'm an NBA basketballer, I'll have Naveena and Mike to thank.

Before going on a long walk through Northern Spain (Camino), we made appointments at Pride Podiatry in Pascoe Vale to ask about things we should think about to avoid blisters. We were also concerned at taking on such a long trek having heard many horror "feet" stories. Tim was very helpful, evaluating our choice of boots, suggesting ways to avoid blisters and used a video to determine whether we walked straight or in an awkward way. He is very knowledgeable. We were given exercises which would help us prepare for our trek.
It was reassuring beforehand to have such a confident guide. Further, we finished the 833 km walk over 40 days and, apart from one small blister on the top of one toe due to rolling stones on a downhill slope, we had no other problems. My partner, Pina, had no blisters at all. We were the envy of many who had to finish early with foot problems.
I strongly recommend this practice and the excellent friendly advice and suggestions from Tim Mulholland. It made a huge difference to us.

Both Ben and Tim are absolute professional in their field of podiatry. Their friendly approach to enables clients to feel comfortable and relaxed. This helps to understand procedures and the desired outcomes are achieved with minimum fuss.
