Priceline Pharmacy West Brunswick

Alvin is so wonderful and kind, but the cashiers are atrocious and the prices for medications are hugely marked up. I suspected my birth control was overpriced but when I was prescribed another ongoing medication, I found that Chemist Warehouse charged a full $57.00 less monthly.

It's a shame, again my experience with Alvin has been lovely - but his co-workers and the corporate pricing structure has forced me to take my business elsewhere despite this being the closest pharmacy to home.

EDIT:

I was asked for more details of my experience.

1) I went and asked for a generic medication, and was given a $60.00 dose. I had never taken it before so didn't know that it was FIFTEEN dollars at Chemist Warehouse.

2) My birth control was $85.00 for three months at Priceline and $64 at Chemist.

3) After these two overcharges, I was prescribed another medication and only suspected I was being overcharged because my doctor told me "Watch out, some pharmacies overcharge for this medication. It should be, at most, $120. " Lo and behold, it was $179 at Priceline (and $113.00 at Chemist Warehouse! What an insane mark-up.)

Really, it's the prices that make me feel cheated. Can't believe how much I've overpaid. I just never thought a major retailer would be so uncompetitive and untrustworthy on prices for medications.

Friendly pharmacy, have been here for medicines, makeup and recently to get some documents certified - they kindly sorted this out for me:)

The staff here is always so pleasant, especially the head pharmacist. He was able to help me out and be a witness for 888 form so my partner and I can apply for our partnership visa. Thanks again! I really appreciate it.

Love love love! So much to love. Staff are always so helpful with whatever you may need advice on, be it a medical issue to where to find shampoo!:) It is a very good shop.
