22 Only giving one star because they had the products I needed.
Went to Priceline in watergardens, I was with my 2 children one being on the spectrum. He was touching the fridge, not being chaotic or anything I had asked him to stop in which he closed the door and I also apologised on his behalf too a staff member and we proceeded to look around. I over here a staff member who’s name is ‘Janine’ say “she can’t stand children who touch and can’t keep their hands to themselves” and other stuff relating too my child.she seen that I was looking at her and shaking my head and she shut up and proceeded to say “I’ll tell you later” to another staff member. As I was leaving I asked her what her name was so I could take it further as I’ll not tolerate anyone talking negatively about children. She began saying “I didn’t say anything” “I promise” when I literally heard her, I thanked the lady who served me and I left the store in which she continued too talk about the way I reacted. I’ll not be returning to this Priceline and I hope that no other parent have felt the way I did today being in that store with such horrible staff members talking about innocent little children.
Hello my daughter and her friends have came up to me and spoken to me and distress about their experience with your store today they were being followed around by your employees which have made them feel very uncomfortable and made the store environment bad please stop doing this because they felt discriminated.they don’t feel safe to come back to ur fewlthy store.please do better and tell your employees to stop following kids because your gonna get no customers at all thank you
Today I received the worst treatment ever in a store, from a manager who called herself Jessica.
When I asked them to honor a catalogue advertised price Jessica told me she doesn’t write the catalogue, she would sell one item at the advertised price and I can call customer service if I have a problem.
When I suggested to Jessica that if I went to Woolworths they would honor their catalogue pricing Jessica was blunt and rude. Jessica told me to go and shop at Woolworths then.
When I asked Jessica why she was being so rude to me she told me she was not going to argue with me, she’s told me how it is and I just don’t like it. I explained I wasn’t trying to argue with her I was only seeking to understand.
After leaving the store I did call the Priceline customer service number and it was disconnected.
I will never shop at the Watergardens Priceline store again, and possibly not Priceline either. It is a shame because the pharmacy and check out staff were always wonderful. But on principal I won’t shop where this is how anyone would treat a customer.
If Jessica speaks to the staff and treats the staff at Priceline Watergardens the way she spoke and treated me it must be a dreadful workplace as well!
Absolutely horrified by my encounter at Priceline Watergardens this morning. I was wanting to test out scents and instead of providing me with assistance. This salesperson with red hair (should have asked for her name) said “please do not open that” as she walked pass me and walked off. As her colleague helped me out and apologised, I heard her in the background calling me a b****. I don’t usually write reviews but was absolutely shocked by the incident and felt that something had to be said. This was my go to Priceline but I am now so put off by such barbaric manners that I won’t be returning anymore.
Absolutely rude and I cannot believe what I experienced in this store tonight.
I was very shaken up and I will never return to this store ever again.
I went to get something refunded that was faulty and the girl at the counter said 'it was not her problem, what do you want me to do about it? ' these are the exact words she used. I am not exaggerating.when something is faulty and you have the receipt. The consumer is absolutely 100% entitled to a refund, mine was 5 to 6 days after purchase date.
The store presents an ugly insight and feel when you're trying to shop to feel beautiful inside and out.
Also in the past I went to buy my daughter some Panadol and it was expired. I just found a very surprising that a big company like Priceline are not keeping tabs on dates of products especially Panadol for kids.
My second time visiting this pharmacy and it’s now become my new go-to because of the great service! Thank you team

Went here with an appointment to get a covid booster shot, website shows they do one appointment every 5 mins, well oiled machine I thought. Arrived 15 mins early for the appointment to a queue and a make shift waiting area full of people, 50 mins later I was still waiting to be seen. Poor communication with customers about delays, too many strangers waiting around in close proximity to each other, walk-ins being seen to ahead of appointments, pharmacist run off his feet. I had to leave without receiving the vaccine because I didn't allow for such a significant wait time.
Thanks to Linda at Priceline Watergardens. She was so very helpful and provided fantastic customer service when assisting me to find make up that suited my skin tone and colouring. Her expertise and overall dedication to getting the right look was very much appreciated. What a lovely experience and what an exceptional person reflecting superior customer service - thank you again Linda.
I was absolutely terrified to get the Covid vaccine done but Tony was amazing! He was kind, compassionate and reassuring. He definitely made it a comfortable experience for me.
Expired food dietary products! Terrible service from Manager and Staff! Went in to return a product that was expired! Staff members trying to accuse me of stealing and not purchasing item there. I Proved them all wrong by showing them the same products on the shelf that were all expired. Not worth the hassle! Stay away!

Having had the experience in the past from multiple different pharmacies who do not see the person just the potential transaction, I cannot more than highly recommend the pharmacists that work here, for their outstanding show of care and understanding when helping manage an illness. Priceline pharmacy is now the only place I goto for my care. Thank you to the outstanding team putting peoples health first instead of just pushing through prescriptions.
The new owners have brought a wonderful atmosphere to this pharmacy. Pharmacists are approachable and accessible and the store looks amazing.

This particular store is terrible for stock availability. I don't think I have ever been able to get what I have gone in for on the first or even second try. Always an excuse; delivery didn't come when it was supposed to, store is being refitted, always something. Would not be as bad if they offered click and collect but they don't. The shelves were literally half empty today, absolutely terrible for a bricks and mortar store.
Hasn't had any stock for a few months now, its getting ridiculous.
Don`t waste your time, whatever your looking for they wont have it!
This particular store is always out of stock (especially in the cosmetics and skin care departments). Months can go by without restocking items, which is frustrating.
This store has been extremely understocked for Way too long and the weekend manager/supervisor is very rude. Don't waste your time going there- Chemist Warehouse across the rd is much cheaper and fully stocked. Its a shame as they do have some lovely ladies working there.
I hate the Priceline at watergardens, the staff are so mean, I got kicked out of the store for testing a product. I like Highpoint a lot better.
