Priceline Pharmacy Ringwood reviews
16 I entered the store with my 4 year old son who was developing welts after eating Nutella in the food court.
I went straight to the back of the store asking for Claratyne and help. I asked for the pharmacist saying my son is having an allergic reaction. She ignored me and kept working. Staff members cared more about me paying for the $11 bottle of Claratyne, than helping my son. I ended up calling an ambulance and he went to hospital.
I was in the shop for over 15 minutes asking for help. I was only assisted by one of the younger female assistants who followed me out with the Claratyne when I went to look for the paramedics. Centre management were not called and the pharmacist did not help all.
Could not provide lubricating eye drops for a child "without prescription" (incorrect) and pharmacist was "too busy" to talk to parents about it. First and last time at Priceline Eastland. Walked over to Amcal and got solid advice, a good product, without any wait.
Good stock and mostly friendly staff, but my experience was ruined by an older employee with short brown hair and a fringe, who rudely spoke down to me throughout my purchase and made me extremely uncomfortable.
They do all my medications which is a bit and have done so for many years are always helpful and friendly
Thanku so much James and staff, you went above and beyond with customer service today, very kind and caring in every way.
Could not spare 5 minutes to help someone. Really obvious they don't care about their customers
Priceline at Eastland are the best. All staff are great and helpful. Special mention for Amena the pharmacist who is fairly new and Julie who has been there as long as I’ve been shopping at Eastland Priceline. My husband and I are on quite a bit of medication and the app is fabulous Highly recommend Priceline Eastland
Horrible Lady Pharmacist with Hijjab.
"We deal with people like you 20 times a day. " That's exactly what I was told. When I was not even speaking to her. Feel sad for the people who have to work with her.
All other staff there, 5 stars.
Like some of the other complaints below, today I stood for 10 minutes at the script counter only to be totally ignored by all the staff, including the pharmacist. I could see no reason why. I suspect that their prime retail spot makes them complacent and arrogant. This has happened before. The (8?) staff seem to be dusting some shelf or clustered around some old person, totally oblivious to everyone else. When I finally called over the pharmacist and assistant, I told them that I would henceforth buy my (expensive) medicines at Chemist Warehouse, the assistant gave me a sarcastic smile and wave, and said "bye! ". The pharmacist smiled on inanely. Unbelievable. By the way, Chemist Warehouse is about 30% cheaper across all PBS items.
I was served today by the most beautiful lady named Julie, she went above and beyond my expectations. She was exceptionally helpful and helped me think of other things I may need for my upcoming travel plans. I truly left the store feeling so much better for my trip and feeling very happy with how honest and helpful she was. Thank you so much Julie for making my first visit to Eastland Priceline one to remember, amazing service.
If you can not spend a really looooong time just waiting there, do not ask pharmacist James for help cause he prefer to chat with others than helping their customer.
Saw a lovely young girl named Sarah in the hair aisle who was extremely friendly and gave me some great advice. Could not recommend her highly enough!
Walked in looking to purchase a simple contour kit next thing I know I'm being forced into a "makeover" by a thin lizzy consultant without permission she suddenly started applying her "wonderful" thin lizzy product all over my face! I was made feel uncomfortable in the way she was doing it as I couldn't just walk ago whilst she was doing this so called makeover! I walked out of the store with patches of orange unpleasant smelling foundation all over my face & top, and while she was working "her magic" I unfortunately was late for a dental appointment, although I made it very obvious to her I had to go! Yet she still went on.was a terrible experience & left without a contour kit!
I love buying cosmetics at Priceline Eastland.
Laura has given me some fabulous advice. She really knows her colours, skin tones, products and trends. Shes great to talk to and seems to understand all the issues women can encounter with makeup. This will keep me going back to her for advice.
When you are spending a lot on makeup its reasuring to get it right before you buy.
Thanks for the great service Laura. Have a great day!
I seldom get any customer service in MOST Priceline chains (is this some counter intuitive store policy?), I'm left to wander the store, clearly looking like I could benefit from assistance. The young female staff are more interested in singing (no joke), chatting and laughing obnoxiously amongst each other. The customer service clearly leaves a lot to be desired and I never feel welcome. I only use the store out of absolute convenience, if I need advice or consult though I'd sooner go out of my way elsewhere. Not an incredibly wide rage either
