55 I purchased a serum that was originally price tag wrongly and decided to ask for a refund, but they refused to do it, even thought in the Priceline website is clear that refunds can be done within 30 day at any store. They kept arguing that they are a franchise and therefore there is not the same policy, which surprise me as under the same organisation. I asked for solution and the refused to provide any other option apart of coming back from 9am-5pm, which is totally impossible with work.
Very disappointed and frustrating for the whole experience on this store. Staff was not helpful at all and even made me feel pressured to leave by putting their security guard and 2 stuff standing by the whole time. Kind of intimidating me.
Please do not go and purchase in there.
We have been refused a refund for a product that was wrongly charged in another Priceline store. According to their return policy, in store purchase can be returned in any store. I would definitely avoid this store and this brand. I have never had such an issue with the competitors.

Absolutely ridiculous service. The pharmacists are rude, unprofessional and really need training in dealing with customers. Shooing people away is not the way to go. Shame.
Wasted my time picking the items only to be told eftpos not working and only cash allowed. Fix your computers
Literally the worst. Asked if he had an antiepileptic in stock and if not if it could be ordered for the next few days and all he said was “no” and hung up.
Last Thursday I had a tattoo. I came in looking for bepanthen tattoo after are which was out of stock. One of the clients convinced me to use bepanthen antiseptic cream even though I specifically requested tattoo after care. They said they used thesame formula. Now my tattoo is fading and not healing properly. When I looked online it was nit recommended to use antiseptic cream. Please ask your staff more ro misinform clients. If they are unsure it's better they don't say anything.
Bad attitude from the pharmacist. Keeps cutting me off when I’m speaking and wouldn’t listen to me. Unacceptable and just rude.
Beware of the woman with fake eyelashes, no glasses and heavy makeup in that waitress, because she will roll her eyes and laugh at you while you are picking out the products,what I experienced here was perfunctory, being pushed to spend, all this waitress is staring at is the money in your pocket, she is rude and mean.
A bit disappointed that the Blackmores omega fish oil was sold out. Found an alternative in Natures Way though. Apart from that was delighted with my purchases today. Staff asked if I needed help while looking, that was appreciated. Rocco on the till is awesome and I left Priceline Q V a happy customer.
Bad customer service and non-helpful staff. They didn’t seem to bother answering questions from customers. This place really compare to chemist warehouse where the friendly staff helped me to find the information and products I needed.
Rude Pharmacist, just asking Him nicely (have not even heard what i m about to say) but he throw tantrum at customer saying he cannot be interrupted when doing prescription, went there on Saturday afternoon only one person at the Pharmacist (assuming person is Pharmacist on duty: Aden Farah.this kind of attitude will dis benefit Priceline and customer. Management please pay attention since many people with same complain repeatedly advice.

The price will go to change to a lower price the next day. The price tag shows discounts but I thought it is the discount price for today.
In the end, when I paid at the counter, the staff didn't confirm with me. After I went out of the store, just realised the price is higher than what I expected. When I went back to the store to (nicely) double confirm with them, that girl came out and talked to me ‘ I was already told you before~ blah blah blah. And doesn't help walked away after she told me like this!
If you are in a bad mood that's your problem, don't bring your emotions to the customer!
This is one of the most weird priceline. I have 2x vouchers (each $5), and when i go on shopping for just $8 they just “forced” me to used all the voucher, and i lost the $2 by that.
It’s just a small amount but still it feels weird. Hope your staff can do better than this, at least give a right information before you just put all the vouchers in the transactions. I would never go back to this priceline if it’s not really urgent.

I bought a Vidal season curler in the Chadstone store and it was faulty, so I went to this QV Priceline store to ask for a refund. Seems like this Priceline is very "unique" to other Priceline shops, they won't accept refund if your items were not bought from here. Where their refund policy says you can refund your goods in any Priceline store. Their manager said their shop is franchised (I believe all shops are franchised!) which is unlike to the others! Then I went to the Bourke shop QV and they process a refund without any issues. Avoid the QV shop as they are way too "special"!
Rude staff. I had booking for my flu vaccine, when I was there they made me sign some paperwork and they didn't give me any further information. After 30 minutes, I asked a staff member about my vaccine and she just said they were not taking people for vaccines anymore. I told her that why they made me wait, she just walked away replying that it was my fault for waiting instead of asking earlier. No apologies, no explanation. It's hard to understand how people like this can work in customer service. Somebody else stepped in and she just told me that my appointment has been moved to the next week. Unbelievable
No support as an immuno compromised person. Refused to give me the booster. If I die from covid, it'll be your fault.
