Never had an issue in store or been discriminated against for not using a mask which I have a genuine medical reason plus I carry my exemption.

Buy today to was interrupted whilst I was finishing a phone call in an isle before I dropped my scripts in and I was asked to leave the store, I told them I had an exemption and have never had an issue here in the past. I was met with a hostile tone and told our policy has changed, by this time I was embarrassed and just said Don’t worry I’ll leave, the woman did say I can serve you outside but by that time I was already frustrated.

Educate your staff and customer service and how tone sets the mood.

Will not be back, went to an independent and welcomed! They even let me wait inside.

Can’t wear a mask due to medical reasons so not allowed in to the pharmacy at all. Called the number like the pharmacy asked. Was served by someone that couldn’t even get the correct bandages for me. If you don’t allow people into the store that have a medical reason then at least have staff that know how to look for things when they are shown exactly what you need.

I’ve been a customer for 14yr. I have a valid mask exemption. I’m now not allowed inside. A CS lady came to the door & asked me what she could get me. I had escripts so they had to let me in. Went & did some shopping came back called again, asked if they could take payment over the ph. But my debit card isn’t that type of card. So went it paid. Got home & none of my actual scripts that I had put in had been done. But a random medication from my file that I didn’t ask for. I’m going to collect all my scripts on file & will never step foot in there again. Imagine asking a person at the door for a “personal item” such as haemorrhoid cream. I’m appalled

Always painfully slow to dispense prescriptions.
Day, night, weekdays it weekends it makes no difference.

Staff are really nice, great range of skincare, Haircare, makeup and medicine convenient location also

The regular staff are lovely! But the temp staff that was on this evening was so rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak! She should not be working if she doesn’t have the ability to provide good customer service!

In these distressing times and whilst under much pressure from the general public, the pharmacists and staff are caring, sympathetic and a credit to their brand name. Huge thanks to Tom and Belinda for their help in sourcing medications for our family.

A number of front counter staff come across like their customers are an inconvenience, disturbing their social chats.

Would give 0 stars as when returning a purchase with receipt, one of the female pharmacist's was the rudest individuals i have ever encountred. Totally appalling. Terrible experience indeed.

Refuses to stock a life-saving HIV-prevention drug. One of the pharmacists was extremely rude about refusing to stock it.

The staff is always on the lookout for anyone needing assistance in the shop. Service with a smile is an apt description of this place.

Slow service.you have to be lucky to get looked after. Watched people walk I get served after me and walked out. Had to leave as waited 15 mins

Been a customer for around 4 to 5 years & wouldn't go anywhere else!

Extremely unhappy, I have just purchased a bottle of Giorgio Armani parfum at $125, only to find a brochures in the bag, indicating a sale of up to 50% of fragrances the following week. At the counter on payment, staff discussed the tanning products on sale next week but nothing about parfum.
