Never been disappointed. Anita really cares about patients. Never go anywhere else for great service.

Very slow script service, sometimes the excuse is that they are busy when there's maybe 2-3 people waiting on scripts including myself or my partner waiting on our script to be taken while the pharmacist is slowly prepping meds. Unless people are requesting 10+ medications then i don't understand. I see people get handed small baskets of 1-2 items most of the time, some ahead of myself when i requested 1-2 items first myself. Is it because i sometimes request 5+ items for my many ailments that i get pushed to wait because if i got served faster then i'd leave faster.

Always very helpful, well stocked, both prescription and non prescription medicines etc fair prices.

Absolutely Disgusted with this pharmacy.
I called last week and booked by Booster Vaccine. This was booked for yesterday afternoon at 5.45pm. I even got a confirmation the day before to confirm my appointment.
I arrived at the pharmacy at 5.40pm. When I was served, I advised the staff member that I had an appointment for my Booster.
She replied that they did not do Boosters after 5.30pm. I advised her that I had made a booking for 5.45pm and even showed her the email as proof.
She advised me that there was a problem with the online booking system. I then advised her that I did not book online. I had actually called the pharmacy and made the appointment.
I then walked out as talking to them was useless. I took time off work to get there and now I have to take time off again to book somewhere else.
It is sad to see that the concept of Customer Service in Australia has all but disappeared.

Shop supposed to open at 8.30am today 11/06/2022.
Now at 8.45am, I'm still waiting for them to open the shop.
They need to fire someone to get a proper employee!

Not sure why I bothered booking an appointment around work when you let an entitled brat walk in an hour early to it's appointment and allowed it to push in. Still waiting, half an hour after my appointment time. Not cool.

Booked my vaccine here. Showed up, store was closed to public.

Sales Assistant told me store was not open due to public holiday. Not sure why website accepted my booking given there was no intention to honour said booking.

Also, unsure why I received a SMS and email confirmation that the booking was going ahead.

What a mess! Terrible customer experience.

Trash service every time. Multiple times I've been forgotten about and end up sitting there for an eternity waiting while heaps of other people come and go. I've been getting my scripts here for 4 years and they make me feel like an absolutely unimportant invisible nobody. Being busy is no excuse, everyone is busy. I'm getting my scripts next time from file and going elsewhere, thanks for nothing

The lady at the store was very helpful. Showed me all the options and explained well. All the staff are friendly. It's located right in the middle of Plaza. There is ample parking in the mall. Places is usually not very crowded.

Was trying to look for a product and I asked for help, they were generally unhelpful and didn't seem like they wanted to even look.

Staff are helpful, prescriptions can take a while, but sometimes the staff are overwhelmed by the amount of customers.

Little range, the staff are average with their assistance, friendliness seems forced. The pharmacy staff are pretty good except for the one in charge. She seems out of touch.

They never open on time they are meant to open at 8: 30am and most times they open between 9 and 9: 30 I will never go there again they also overcharge on prescriptions
