Priceline Pharmacy Highpoint

️It's absolutely disgusting that they charge you $5 to get a piece of paper (a copy of my driver's licence) certified. I refused out of principle. This is the first time I've ever heard someone charge you. Chemist Warehouse has never charged me for a stat dec. I will always now prioritise Chemist Warehouse for all my needs and medication. You've lost a customer that has spent big in your store over the years

Excellent customer service and excellent chemists. The staff are very helpful, cheerful and family oriented. If it's busy, they open up more registers pronto unlike other places which leave you waiting for 15 minutes.

Lovely people working. All were friendly and so helpful. Brooke and Taylor went absolutely out of their way to help me and were so nice. Drove for 3 hours to buy a specific product from them and it was very worth it

Great customer service. Reliable staff. A doctor prescribed me an incorrect vaccination schedule. It was a rare vaccine and when we went to buy it the pharmacist noticed it and contacted the doctor and corrected it. Highly recommend!

Customer service was terrible. Staff at the cashier have no sense on how to behave and act when serving customers. When I went to purchase an item, (Ava) rolled her eyes back and sighed when she had to grab an item from the back due to products not being in a package for security reasons. Her actions made me feel like I was not wanted or that grabbing an item was such a huge issue and was out of her way even though she would’ve just been standing at cashier talking to her co worker (friend). I do not recommend coming here because they’ll make you feel like you’re a nonsense and want you out as soon as possible.

Great customer service. I can always find everything I need from here. And if I can’t find it, I can easily get help from the friendly staff who are always helpful!

Thanks for the wonderful service at this lovely Priceline shop today. I was looking for a good brand of eucalyptus essential oil and the staff took time to explain the different brands they have to me. Totally made my day:)

Went to get flu shot, pharmacist asked us to stay for 10min for post vaccine reaction monitoring. Went around the aisles to check lipstick and other stuff while waiting for 10min, me and my partner bought the products we wanted, suddenly they’re doing security check asking me specifically to empty my bag and found nothing then they suddenly stopped after I left and didn’t bother checking others. Unreasonable for almost all the staff flocking near the entrance just trying to check me without explaining causing intimidation (as subtle as they can).

I came for asking help to sign for my state dec. The lady asked me to wait for 5 mins as the pharmacist was on serving a customer. I was happy to wait. However the pharmacist just ignored me and kept serving different customers after me. I was there for 25 mins and kept waiting. Another lady tried to remind him and i heard he said just let me wait for 45 mins. I couldn’t believe a professional person can act like that. So disappointed and it was not right for him to do that. Poor customer service

As of a below response from the store, it is really unacceptable for saying that “your staff do not require to sign any document”. If you said that, you shouldn’t have told your customer to wait for 5 mins and then another 20 mins to wait for nothing. You should have told them that you don’t sign anything and let them go and not waste their time for your poor customer service like they do at Chemist Warehouse. Anyway, as i am aware that the pharmacist is on the list who is able to clarify the document if requested. You should not refuse to do it unless you see the document and clarify it is not legal to be certified.

I was served by Brynn (makeup) & Jacque (skincare) at Priceline Highpoint today. Both were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly with the customer forefront of mind.

A person of colour isn’t a security risk and you can’t withhold purchased items just because a customer doesn’t want a receipt.

Perfect shop enviroment, very friendly staff and give us lots of helpful advice. Definitely will recommend my families and friends come to this shop.

HORRIBLE HORRID. The fact they teach their staff to racial profile POC it’s horrific I will be shopping here ever ever again. If I could give zero stars I would. Vile behaviour you all should be ashamed

Kevin and Lily delivered outstanding customer service! I am shocked at how they both went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. They were so friendly and helpful, customer service I have not experienced for a long time. This will be my new pharmacy! Thanks guys

I was served by a girl named Holly in cosmetics who had so much product knowledge and took her time to colour match me thoroughly for a wide range of products. I have not experienced customer service this good in years which reflects on the Priceline culture she was so bright and bubbly and knew so much about the products and took her time to explain how to use each product and what suited my skin she was so understanding and patient. Thank you for the good experience I will definitely be coming back for your amazing assistance.

I absolutely love this Priceline store! I live near airport west and unfortunately don’t love my local PL so I get excited to visit the Highpoint store as there is just so much variety especially skin care which is my favourite! Not only that but the girls are always super helpful. I had a lovely young lady serve me tonight she approached me as I was searching for a moisturiser and narrowed down exactly which one I was looking for…but I actually didnt leave with what I came for because she recommended another brand and I just tried it and am already in love! The lady at the counter (really short blond hair) was also just so lovely she opened a register for me as it was super busy. She took her time to help find my sister club…and to my surprise I had a $20 voucher I had no idea about! Everyone in the store was just so lovely and helpful I can’t wait to come back and buy more soon! Thankyou Priceline highpoint you are amazing!

I’ve shopped at Priceline a lot and I have to say one girl named Olivia provided the best customer service at Highpoint, she was extremely nice and listened to me as a customer. Thankyou for a good experience Olivia, keep up the good work! ️
