Priceline Pharmacy Greensborough Plaza

Idk why everyone is hating on the manager he is the nicest guy I’ve ever met in my life. My child was crying and he gave him a lollipop and made him happy if this isn’t proper service idk what is. Bless his soul

I bought 2 perfumes on the 18th of December as Christmas gifts for friends. I did not realize at the time that it was a small 40ml bottle. The very next day, I went to Greensborough Plaza Priceline to exchange the items for a 100ml bottle. The store manager completely refused to exchange them and pointed me to a small notice on the wall stating that they do not offer refunds or exchanges.

I was highly surprised by their policy and was disgusted with the behavior of the store manager, who, I assume, is Arabic, just walled to me and said no exchange, sorry.

I am still not sure why brand new items bought the day before with receipts cannot be exchanged. I felt so disgusted that I decided not to deal with Priceline anymore. They have lost a loyal customer. My wife spends thousands at their store, but not anymore. Very disappointed!

The lady kept giving dirty and strange looks to my daughter and I then proceeded to overcharge me for my products. Overall terrible customer service and experience

Love LOVE this pharmacy! I know I am in good hands when I see my pharmacist caring about my health and well-being. The manager, Mohamad, is just phenomenal. He practises in a way that definitely upholds the standards of the profession, and always goes above and beyond for his patients/customers.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. It is a very neat and organised pharmacy. The pharmacists were so helpful. The customer service here is amazing and I was quickly assisted when needing some help with an item. The workers here are very nice, and overall I had a very nice time visiting Priceline Pharmacy Greensborough!

If i could rate less than 1 star i would. Jayda made us feel like criminals tailing us around the shop for 10 minutes as we browsed the makeup.while making our purchases she ran over to the counter and informed us we had to buy a can of body spray after we’d spritzed it to smell it.really terrible customer service, an overall awful experience, please do better Jayda!

ps after reading previous reviews complaining of the same issue, it should be noted that i am a woman of colour and the other (white) people in the store were not being trailed.disappointing.

Stay away from this store.
My 14yold daughter went into the store, tested a make up tester then the owner stopped her from leaving the store and made her pay for the item and did not give her a receipt of payment. He accused her of opening the item, my daughter called me so upset, I went to the store, the owner refused to show me camera vision of her removing the packaging. Bullied a 14yold girl and intimidated her to pay for an item she did not open.

The pharmacy staff here are fantastic. I have always felt supported with my ongoing care.would highly recommend for anyone looking for a long term pharmacist.

Not one to usually leave reviews but after coming to this store yesterday and receiving exceptional customer from Neela how can I not. She was so helpful and kind and am already seeing results from her recommendations. Thanku Neela

I went in for a vaccine booster today - such wonderful staff - no fuss, and they accommodated me without the correct booking! So polite and helpful - thank you so much!

Just now I had a lady follow me around as if I was going to steal something. They weren’t really that friendly either. Thumbs down

Incredibly helpful and sweet staff. I was in self isolation and they helped me arrange an uber pick up for some essentials.

After an issue, the staff managed to resolve the problem. Understanding that difficult times during covid is effecting everyone.

If i could give more than 5 stars I would!
My wife was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and her machine stopped working. Being only 7 days away from her due date we wanted to make sure everything was still ok. We went to 4 pharmacies prior to coming here and were fobbed off by all of them! No one wanted to help us, everyone kept saying it was someone else problem until we came here. The pharmacist took the time, listened to us and saw that the machine was in fact faulty. He instantly replaced it with a new one! We will never go to any other pharmacy now, as this is the only one we need. Someone who actually cares about their customers and takes the time to make sure their needs are met. 100% recommend!

All items under one roof.
Pharmacists are professional and well educated.
I recommend if you have any consultation about any medication, then you find the answers.

Use to be awesome, went there for years but management changed and all the staff I'd come to know over the years had to go. Unsure why, but I've followed those staff to a different pharmacy.

I came here with my friend who is plus size and in a wheelchair. Despite all the aisles in the store being wide enough to fit a plus size wheelchair, not ONE AISLE had been left accessible to people in wheelchairs. Every single aisle had shopping baskets or cardboard product displays taking up room on the floor.
When we asked if there was a wheelchair accessible aisle we were told to MOVE THINGS OUT OF OUR OWN WAY (this would have been impossible for my friend if I was not there to help them and it did the opposite of making us feel welcome in the store.)
On top of this when I returned half an hour later all the stuff in the aisles had been put back in the way so I had to leave my friends outside so we didn't have to go through that all over again. It made us feel really unwelcome. It wasn't accessible or inclusive and we firmly believe that all stores should have AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE AISLE for disabled people or people who use wheelchairs. Stop leaving us out or making us work to be included. We aren't an afterthought we are your customers.

Great customer service at my local Priceline in Greensborough - pharmacists are knowledgeable and the staff are excellent. Don’t go to any other pharmacy.

I came here a while ago with my friend, the store was empty and we were looking at the make up, one staff member was following us around through every isle making it very noticeable and making us feel very uncomfortable!

Not to mention AFTER purchasing something we were at the counter and heard one worker tell the other worker “to go check the camera” as they thought we had stolen, after I had just PAID for my product.

This is a very good chemist located in the Greensborough plaza ‘ the staff are all ways very polite and professional and the shop stocks most items you could need ‘ flue shots and whooping shots are available here.the shop is located in a convenient spot within the centre
