Priceline Pharmacy Cairnlea

It’s 9: 05 am the workers are waiting outside the store and it is not open. Pretty unprofessional for the Manger to be late.

The young lady which is the “manager” was very rude and unhelpful. I asked her to help me with the skincare and she said it’s from there you can grab it, btw i needed help but she didn’t. Also she refused to help return a package cuz it didn’t have label and the post office was closed so where would i print it. Other staff does it but she didn’t.

So rude the staff, hang up the phone without any reason. And try to speak with someone in charge, the person not in patience. Felt bad for the people that have to cope with the attitude. Keep saying no abuse the staff, how about getting abuse by them.

Customer service it's quite poor in my opinion, not a very friendly store, staff are pretty rude poor vibe soon as I walked in the door several staff just eyeballed me.not even a hello or can I help you with anything, as someone that works in customer service my experience today I wouldn't really shop there.

Great range of products staff are very helpful very knowledgeable prices were reasonable store was extremely clean.

Such rude service by the pharmacists. Been there 3 times and refused to certify my documents each time! Even requested that I really need it done before next year but they said no go to the police station we don’t have time. Will never go there again

The female pharmacist was very kind and understanding on the phone when I needed some minor medical advice as my GP wasn’t open yet.

It is best to start off this review with stating my absolute fear of needles.
Pharmacist lady (sorry forgot her name) was responsible for my vaccine shot and she was the best pharmacist I've ever had. Felt nothing.
Really understanding, I cannot thank her enough!

Such a fantastic service. One of the staff went above and beyond to get us the Boss perfume sets we were after. She was very patient as well when wanted to try all the different fragrances. We ended up buying a lot of gift sets.

Highly recommend the Cairnlea Priceline pharmacy! They go the extra mile to ensure all my medications are available when I need them. They are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you to all the team.

Absolute rubbish. Don't think I've ever visited a worst pharmacy in my life. Not coming here again

Not a small shop but quite limited on variety and availability of the products. Services were ok. Have room to improve.

The pharmacist today showed extraordinary care and concern for a confused old lady. She took care of her, ensured she was medically treated and took care of her possessions respectfully. She was truly a beautiful human. Thank you.

Would give it less than 1 star if I could.awful service with pharmacy assistants ignoring customers and wandering off

Pharmacist and the lady at front are very helpful and willing to explain medications.both prescription and off the shelf. Even offer vaccinations, blood pressure monitors and diabetes equipment. Offer lots of other services too.

Simple 30 second request of a pharmacist on site. No other customer around, and serving attendant refused to help (was she a pharmacist, I'll never know, there's no way to identify who anyone is and just because she was standing behind the counter of the pharmacy area was no guarantee). I simply needed a formal I. D document signed by a legally suitable person, and this pharmacist (?) told me "Only between 7-8 o'clock". It literally would have taken 30 seconds. Straight out unprofessional, refusing to perform a SIMPLE TASK that she was LEGALLY APPROVED to carry out. NEVER had any pharmacist ever say to me, that I have to wait till 7-8 (p.m?) before she'd do her legally approved role. No prizes for guessing I WILL NEVER return to this pharmacy.

My favourite pharmacy to visit! The staff are friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and sympathetic to your concerns. They are non-judgemental and fill scripts quickly. You leave the store with a warm and fuzzy feeling inside.

“The Owner” of this branch rang my husband on Sunday threatened he with bad and dirty language saying that she was going to send the police to my place because he did not pay a purchase on Friday.
When he checked his bank account the transaction was there.
She just can not call without checking and being sure before.
After this the only thing she could say was sorry, but the damage was already done.

Absolutely pathetic service this week from the pharmacist. Ladies out the front have always been lovely to me but when I visited recently to pick up a parcel, I was told to go to the back which I did. Spoke to a male pharmacist who appeared south Asian. He told me that he would send someone to grab my parcel for me. I waited maybe 20 minutes and saw staff walking around and didn’t seem busy. Gave up and went to the front counter where a lady had to go and grab my parcel for me. If you’re not going to send someone to grab my parcel for me, don’t tell me you did. I could’ve waited much longer had I not raised a complaint.
