The way the managment here treats young girls who are just trying to earn some money and do their jobs is honestly appalling, I also find it interesting how the owner also owns a competing pharmacy around the corner. Dodgey place.

This chemist is the slowest in service and had enough to make a complaint. Ed and Tom are great but the girls will not come to the counter to serve u. I was the only one at the counter today and a girl was running around with a calculator not even seeing me. I spent 35 minutes waiting for one script to be filled. I even had a time when I was falling asleep because it’s so slow. They need a bell for customer service. The amount of time waiting has been so bad that I wish I had another chemist in the area. It’s not good enough. I go at different times of the day and I still bloody wait. Why is this chemist so ignorant that they won’t come to serve the customers. I’m constantly yelling out to anyone that I’m wanting to get something off them but they never come. I’m so sick of the service and it will never improve.

I love this local pharmacy. The are under the larger Priceline umbrella but there is nothing ‘chain store’ about them- they are so helpful and care about their customers and all staff who I have ever interacted with are interested and kind, eager to try to meet my needs. They are very knowledgeable about their products and very prompt to order things in for you if not in stock already.

I went in to collect a rental breast pump a couple of days after my son was born.
There's a bit of a learning curve with this sort of thing but the girls working there (Mia and Mel especially, mothers themselves) really helped reassure me with their great advice and suggestions to support my wife with feeding.

Definitely feels like a friendly family pharmacy and not a typical chain store.

Reviews are consistent with my experience. Customer service is top notch. The phamacists take the time to make sure you get the care you need. Very warm and sincere. I don't even know what the price difference is compared to the lot at Chemist Ware##### but at this point it's irrelevant. Will be my preferred phamarcy from here on.

Great store with friendly staff. Was served by Tahlia who was so lovely and knowledgable about skincare, helping me to establish a new routine coming into the warmer months! Very pleased.

The staff are so friendly and professional, I would highly recommend speaking to Mia (I believe that’s her name, sorry if wrong) if you need any hair advice. She is full of knowledge and one of the loveliest ladies to speak to. She will take time with you and is extremely patient when asking for advice and I couldn’t rate her customer service any higher. You will always have a great experience with her, plus you know she knows her stuff with that gorgeous hair of hers!

Friendly and relaxed staff here are so nice. Very simple and easy processes make it easy to use.

Just had bad service from Ed (pharmacist). He refused to fill a script. Told him I needed the script. Didn’t seem to care that I may become ill because of no tablets. Couldn’t get any sense off him. Very rude and disrespectful. He shouldn’t be in the job.

Best chemist in the area the staff and especially the pharmacist are the best you could find they remember you are also passing on the dollar saving for the prescriptions for people on pension and concession cards and also you can get a text reminder that your script is due

Always a hassle at this place. Every other store takes returns from every other store. This store turn you away.not cool. We had to contact head office to make this store manager to give us a refund. Only 1 young staff is really nice but not enough training. Everyone else was a hassle. Smile only lasts about first 5 seconds on their faces. Always had to complaint to head office for this store to work. This store just doesn't work. Go elsewhere. Go Chaddy store.

Everything you'd expect from a pharmacy. A good product range backed up by professional service and advice. Their trading hours are helpful too. 9 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week.

He Priced my medication 165$ and he handed to me, I asked for a discount and he said let me see what I can do for you, he came back with 20$ increase from 165$ to 185$
This is exactly what happened with me
