Pharmacist is incredibly rude and arrogant to sick customers. Made my friend very upset unnecessarily four years ago. Disappointed to still see him being condescending and mean to two customers this week. Similarly was disrespectful and unprofessional with me when I spoke with him and provided unsolicited and incorrect medical advice which I later confirmed with a GP. Please address this man’s poor behaviour. (I assume his name is Jonathan based on the other reviews I’ve read)

Ugliest people in the customer service especially in the makeup section and on the registers. They need to get replaced asap otherwise there might be no sales

Pharmacist Alfred was extremely helpful. The medicine I needed is in shortage nationally, but he made some alternative recommendations for me to speak to my doctor about. This was a step further than the 10 other pharmacies I tried who simply told me they were “out of stock”. Will return.

Pharmacists Jonathan and Alfred are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The pharmacy is well-stocked and conveniently located beside a tram stop. Highly recommend.

Staff gave me a tip to wait a day before buying a certain brand of skincare because they had a sale the next day. Thought that was really nice.

This place needs to hire new staff otherwise no one is gonna buy nothing from here

Terrible customer service.
I went there to to collect a medicine, however, Melinda (Retail Manager), She treated me with contempt, showing poor customer service because I spoke to her in English with my accent, clearly English is not my first language. I won't go there again. Think twice to go there.

Published discounted price of an item (perfume) is actually higher than other major retailer's non-discounted price (Chemist Warehouse, Harvey Norman). Was refused a refund when I tried to contact them. False advertising, fake discounts, unethical marketing.

Excellent service. Staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. The pharmacists take their time in explaining products and making sure that they've answered your questions.

Costs few dollars more than the budget chemists but happy to keep here as the service from assistants and pharmacist makes shopping here quick and easy.

Amazing service, really friendly. Best chemist in the CBD by a mile. I walk blocks to get to this one.

Customer service is usually good but I specifically asked for a brand medicine not generic. I’ve been given the generic and can’t exchange because they are closed.

Most expensive pharmacy I have been in in Australia in my entire life; they also don’t honour healthcare card concessions. Tried using them twice and happened both times. Pretty disappointed

I shop in this pharmacy from time to time and when I go in, I always receive honest and helpful advice from both Pharmacists Jonathan and Alfred for my medical needs. All the staff make it a pleasure coming into the shop with their warm and friendly customer service.

The staff at Priceline are the most friendly and helpful set of retail staff ever. The pharmacist Jonathan is someone you can trust for your prescription information. Melinda makes you feel like a person of value when you enter. The customer service is AAA.

Terrible service.

I wanted to buy a Ventolin or Asmol tube at this chemist but they began to lecture me on how to use Seretide. A very weird and rude experience with someone. I told him I'd buy what I needed somewhere else and went to the Chemist Warehouse one block away.

There used to be another pharmacy closeby that shut down recently. I've noticed the prices in this pharmacy have gone up by a third or so.

Really recommend you to Go to Chemist's Warehouse, which is one block away.
Because at least chemist warehouse doesn’t have a person wishing me death by suffocation just so he can get he’s royalty check on promoting a drug THAT DOESNT WORK!

Very positive experience in receiving the flu shot at this location. I mixed up the date with the appointment but they were able to squeeze me in. The person administering the flu shot was friendly and informative.

One of the pharmacist (I think we all know who we are talking about from other reviews.the silver haired one) is insufferably arrogant and patronising. For instance, last time when my GP gave me paper prescription AND mobile one at the same time, he incessantly asked why my GP would do that (obviously really annoyed, but seriously who cares). That's just not being professional. I felt like saying "honestly I do not give a toss, and maybe you should give the GP a call and deal with it yourself" but i didn't. And he really should stop lecturing people about medication unless being asked.

I stopped shopping from there all together, at this point I'd rather walk a bit further. It's a bit sad because other staff are lovely and I actually like the other pharmacist.
