Priceline Deer Park

Their manager Ang or whatever her name is, is by far the rudest person I have ever seen in there. Been coming here since I was a kid and all I did was smell the dry shampoo and she was like ‘don’t spray them people wanna buy them’ I replied I’m smelling only the ones I’m buying (as I’ve bought them before from here) and she walked off. She done it infront of another customer and I just found it uncomfortable and embarrassing. Ew yuk have some manners. The rest of the girls their are beautiful ‍️

Went to Priceline at Brimbank Shopping Centre in Deer Park today being Tuesday 16 Aug at 10.15am. Bought a pair of twizers which should have been half price as they had a 50% sale on all manicure products. I asked the young girl at the counter that they should be half price but she was adamant that it wasn't on all products despite the sale signs posted everywhere along the shelves. Instead of going out of the way to check for me she made no effort and appeared lazy. I think this person needs to learn the basic 101 skills In friendly customer service. At the end I couldn't be bothered for a few dollars but I won't be going back to that store.

Won't be coming to this store again. Says they're open, the lights are on and nobody is answering the phone. Isn't the first time this has happened.

Off to Chemist Warehouse. Bye bye Priceline

You can find most of the drugstore makeups here but its better to come and buy products when they are on sale.

Staff are fantastic.and so helpful if u need any addvice on hair die.even make_up it pays to ask them because I find out stuff I didn't even know.the one thing I can say is there's not a lot of room in the make up part for a pram and full Shop but apart from this I think the store a nd stuff and fantastic

The treatment I received at this store was absolutely disgusting. I had received a text message saying that I could redeem a reward in-store as a Priceline Diamond member and so I decided to visit the Deer Park store, picking up a couple of items there in the process. I went to the check-out and was greeted by the sight of a lady at the register in the middle of a conversation with an acquaintance who had come to her workplace for some chitchat. Upon having her conversation interrupted, the staff member treated me with completely no respect. I was in the midst of showing her the text message I received, when she stopped me and said that whatever it is, it'd come up on the computer screen when she scanned my card. I hadn't even gotten a chance to speak and was stopped when I tried to say what I wanted to say, all because she wanted to get back to her conversation. Needless to say, I had my card scanned and there was no mention of a membership gift. After the transaction, before I could even speak up, she rushed back to her friend to continue her conversation. I walked out of the store without receiving any rewards. Not only this, at the back of the store, you will find staff members standing around gossiping, not bothering to provide any assistance when requested. I used to come to this store due to the convenience of its location and the wide range of products offered, but after this experience, I am not coming back again. I sincerely hope you improve the quality of your staffing practices and provide them with proper training.

Has always been my place to go for travelling and filling up my toiletries and always has my hair dye. Don't always need your priceline card, the ladies will help you anyway. Done deal.
