Josh is an extremely helpful and knowledgeable employee, he knew where products were and was very happy to help. Sara on register was also very pleasant.too

There's a young guy who works there who always make my experience such a fun, easy delight. I always feel like he is genuinely happy to help & I always find what I need or something new that he suggests. The store itself always has a great selection too

Went in super confused about which makeup remover to get was approved by JOSH! Recommended the best of the best to myself - I have combination skin so I have trouble but his recommendation has worked wonders! I even went back the next day to get more products from him he has great knowledge and the customer service provided was elite! Would recommended for everyone who does visit that particular store to deal with Josh!: D

I visit this store often and have to say that this Priceline is definitely one of my favourites. Elena the manager is so friendly and always goes above and beyond to assist her customers. She also takes the time to talk me on a friendly level, always ready to help me with any questions. I would highly recommend visiting this store if you have not already!

Store management is horrible!
She undermines her staff in front of customers, talk about work place bullying!
It’s actually humiliating what these staff members have to go through.iv been to this store so many times and she constantly underminds her staff. It’s disgusting management behaviour.

The rudest service from Elena, I went to return something and I simply asked if she is able to see things on her side and she said ‘that’s a bit rude’. I had to call customer service and she couldn’t even give me the number, Thankyou to Alana who could actually help me get that number. I would never go there again considering that she is the manager. It’s not the first time she has acted rudely to a customer she is not fit for her role.

Excellent customer service. Special shout out to Josh who was exceptional. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the different skin products they sell at the store. I used the product that he recommended and overnight I can see that my skin irritations have been alleviated.

What amazing staff and terrific customer service! I was wowed by the help and care that I received by a beautiful and thoughtful lady at the check out. She really helped me to choose products specifically for my skin concerns and was happy to share plenty of advice to support me in achieving my skin goals.

I was refused entry today to Caroline springs square price line unless I showed them my certificate for being double vaccinated.
Yes I have been double vaccinated but I was also short on time and just wanted a quick browse. I had already wasted time checking in with their QR code.
I will not be shopping with this brand anymore if I have to do this every time.
And judging by the empty store I don't think others could be bothered either.
EDIT: I have just spoken to another branch of Price line pharmacy and they do NOT require any certificate of vaccination.
In Victoria you do not need to show a certificate at any store classed as essential service.
Looks like Caroline Springs Priceline just make their own rules.

I had excellent customer service given by Josh at Priceline Caroline Spring. He was very polite, kind and knowledgeable about the products.
Very generous with his advice and I am very happy with his service every time I shop there.
His manager I think her name was Ellen was kind aswell.

Beautiful shop with beautiful and helpful staff just trying to keep everyone safe and following the rules. People who were to go against these rules and be rude to the staff are just so cruel to do so they aren’t essential since they don’t have a pharmacy so vaccination is required and they are just trying to do their jobs! I was given amazing service on choosing a perfume for a Christmas gift. 100 percent will come back and recommend to everyone

The girl (I presume supervisor) ran up to me hesitantly as soon as I stepped foot in the store & followed me around.she did not do the same with the other customers. I simply confronted her about this and claims she wasn't targeting me. I'm sorry but her words did not match her actions. You simply don't judge people for how they look. I am offended and i felt targeted

Absolutely horrible! Worst experience I’ve had at any Priceline! No greetings + horrible attitude
