Priceline

Went into Priceline with my grandma only to experience DISGUTSING racism, we are south Indian, and this may be why but as soon as we walked in couple of the staff members was giving us odd looks, one of them was even following us around as we browsed the store. My grandma was looking for a new moisture and did not know what would suit her matured skin. I was not sure either, so I asked a staff member for help they walked away from me after a dirty glance my way. Confused I asked another staff member for help who listened and gave me some options and recommended a skin tint BUT when I my grandma asked to test it on her skin. She has difficulty communicating in English which is why I was speaking for her, but this lady left immediately after my grandma tried to speak with her. After walking around the store for a few more minutes and finding no help we decided to leave. ONLY to be stopped at the door and asked to check bags which was fine, but they went through all our shopping bags, including are woollies grocery bag taking out many of the stuff. I asked why is this necessary and another staff member came and said ‘we KNOW yous stole’ I was in utter shock. My grandma was very confused and did not understand what was happening to be fair neither did I. They were adamant that we stole and went to the back to check the cameras for proof…they never even came back. Because we did not steal but we left the store embarrassed and frustrated nothing short of racism expected better.

Whenever i go into priceline at fountain gate, the workers always follow me and my friends around.i dont understand why they make it so tense and the workers are so rude.they make false claims about people stealing when some of us havent stolen like wheres the camera footage then? They always make it so tense for no reason like im just trying to buy some makeup chill.looking through all my bags.like EVERY SINGLE bag i have.every pocket in the bag and every inch of the bag.and even putting their hands IN MY BAG? Like are you even allowed to put your hands in my bag and stuff? I can show you my bag myself.thank u very much.

Last Friday, a lovely girl named Bella helped me find a moisturiser. My skin has harsh eczema, it worked! Also really recommend the brand MooGoo for eczema

The staff here are really good and always willing to hold items when the website falsely claims they've been sold out!

I came in today to get a brow pencil because my brows were ruined when they got threaded yesterday. I had grown them out for so long and gotten them to the right shape. I had been in tears since last night and couldn’t go to sleep at all. I have never used a brow pencil and didn’t know what shade I was, or what to get. One the staff, I’m not sure what her name was, but she had blond hair and helped me out. I’m so grateful because of her, she genuinely listened to me and recommended what I needed. Thank you so much! You don’t know how much it meant to me

Priceline at fountain gate narre warren is outstanding with perfect performance, very friendly staff who always have what you need & are helpful with any enquiries you may have they have solid expertise on prescription medication & other stock in the store we've been going there for years & you'll get the best service possible they are also always reliable the waiting times are very fast & efficient we like going back there alot & can't thank them enough good

So today mum got injured at home. She put a bandage on and it was okay. We went shopping and when she took her jumper off she injured it. She was bleeding a lot I took her to the pharmacy and asked for someone to help her. All the guy did was show us some bandages. Even after I told him multiple times she was in pain. I don't exactly know if the workers at a pharmacy are allowed to physically help but I was angry at the fact he really didn't seem to care. I would've helped. As I said I don't know what rules there are but I didn't like what happened

Thank you Joanne for your amazing customer service. You went out of your way to organise prescription medicine for my Dad who is isolating due to COVID. And what is more amazing is that the meds reached him in a few hours.

Priceline fountain gate is a large store which stocks a lot of items that the other stores within the area do not. The store is always neat and tidy. Staff are more than happy to assist with any inquiries.

So thankful for the team at Fountain Gate, I always almost run out of my prescription medication because I’m so unorganised, but they make such a huge effort to get it to me in the same day, I appreciate the understanding and kindness so much!

Was quite busy, but otherwise range was good, staff were friendly and helpful, overall good store.

I went with my friend to get our ears pierced and the lady was so unprepared and rude. After asking for 7 different earrings and her telling us they were out of stock every time we asked what she had in stock and told her she should be more prepared, in response she slammed her hands on the counter and asked rudely, "Do you want your piercing or not? " We left straight away and got our piercings elsewhere.

The Priceline near Coles is better compared to Priceline near Liquorland. I think it has more options and some staff are accommodating.

Wish I could give it a zero! I went to Priceline yesterday looking for products for my hair and they called for security cameras as Soon as I walked in! Way to make a girl feel special Priceline! I walk straight out and went to hairhouse were I had someone ask if I need help and he didn't check if I was stealing anything! Absolute joke!

I urgently rushed in to this chemist today as my son was in the car with a serious nose bleed and I had no tissues. Brooke was with another customer making slow progress. After a couple of minutes, I polite said excuse me and stated my situation briefly. I was met with a blank glare and a rude retort of “ I’m just with a customer”. I can think of a number of better ways to deal with this, such as, I will call another staff member. Or possibly processing a more urgent sale. The other customer obviously sympathetic to my dilema moved aside happy to wait. I wouldn’t recommend a place with staff like Brooke who have no empathy towards customers. I wish I could give zero stars!

Went I into the store today to use a voucher. Didn't realise it was expired. Was rudely told by the manager that there was nothing she could do about it. I am discussed about the way I was treated and that I couldn't redeem my voucher. It's still $50 in your pocket Priceline so what's the difference. I'm a store manager in retail and we alway let customers use expired voucher. I will never shop there again and I will make sure my friends and family don't either!

Well firstly I want to say I started my shopping off at chemist's warehouse fountain gate and when I couldn't find what I was looking for the incredible staff there told me to go to priceline up stairs, and I said thank you and off I went, Now I love priceline Pakenham the service is incredible staff all around asking if they can help you, bringing you a basket for all your goodies,
THEN THERE'S PRICELINE AT FOUNTAIN GATE shopping centre, you know the one close to myer yes that one, sad to say my worst experiences ever, this place staff stay away from you and when you finally track someone to help you well they're no help.so I went about on my own sourcing out all the items I wanted to buy, and came up with $75 worth of stuff, so struggling to get everything to the counter, and waiting in a long line only to watch as 2 staff were serving whilst the other continued to fuss about behind the counter as the line of customers got longer, finally I get to the register the girl puts all my items through, at this point I have about 8 to 10 items and she says would I like to buy a bag for 10 cents, I say no thanks, I'll just take your normal bag, and she says if you want a bag you have to pay for it, so I ask her if I don't pay for a bag then how do I carry all these items, she calls the manager over to assist me with that question, the manager comes, I ask her I have $75 worth of stuff and you still want 10 cent for a bag, the manager replied yes that's how policy and everyone is doing it now.
WELL NO PRICELINE FOUNTAIN GATE EVERYONE IS NOT DOING IT, YOUR POLICY JUST LOST MY SERVICE, AS I DECIDED NOT TO PURCHASE THOSE ITEMS AT YOUR STORE TODAY.
A matter of fact I purchased all those items at Priceline Pakenham and they came with a bag at no cost. NOT COOL PRICE LINE AT FOUNTAIN GATE AS A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER I FEEL IT'S A RIP OFF, THE ONE STAR IS TO MUCH I WOULD HAVE GIVEN YOU A 0 FOR NO EFFORT.

Makeup counter quite messy. Asked for a foundation sample for myself, the lady said it was too dark for me, did not appreciate the advice I didn't ask for. I'm pretty experienced in makeup and I know what shade I am/like to wear, so I'd prefer if she butt out. I didn't ask therefore I don't appreciate telling me my choice is wrong.

The staff here are always very friendly and the store is well laid out. I wish they would try to keep their makeup displays cleaner - the NYX one was an absolute disgrace last time I was there and most of the products were missing lids or the security seals had been broken. But other than that, no complaints, one of the better Priceline stores I've been a regular at.
