Absolutely love these! Never come to southland and not get one! They're just delicious and always hot off the press! Love love love them!

Asian man is lovely, I think his name was Jaque or Jakh? The woman however, she didn't match his vibe. I think she's his worse off sister. They're cute siblings but she should take notes from her younger brother. BTW: the lady looks 51 and the man looks 45. He is quite young for his age, quite a nice looking fella.

If you have a special voucher for pretzel world, CHUCK IT IN THE BIN. They're scammers. They act like they put your discount through but they do not.

I paid $24.75 around 2: 30 pm today for two coffees and two pretzels (chocolate and ham/cheese).

Ordering it was challenging due to a new team member not knowing what a “Mocha” was, but he was clearly in training so we waited a few mins as he got assistance. The senior staff ended up making the coffees and handed over only one pretzel, claiming they were both in the white cardboard box together.

After going upstairs, I realised the ham/cheese pretzel was not there. When I returned immediately, the same senior staff member (who recognised me) asked for evidence that I had paid for two pretzels as maybe the trainee staff forgot to put it through. I suggested checking the POS machine history or reviewing CCTV footage, but she instructed me to “speak to the manager. ” When I requested to speak with the manager, she denied my request, as apparently the store didn’t have one; which is very contradicting to her telling me to ask for one…

I have been a customer for over a decade and am surprised/disappointed by this interaction. I wonder if there’s new management despite recognising most of the same team.

This was on 14/05/23. Food was great but customer service was not good. I had this asian lady who looked like she was in her 40s serve me and she was drop dead rude. She wasn't just rude to customers but also to the workers. I remember specifically she was speaking Chinese to this young female worker and I understood every bit of it and it was definitely not how one should be training new workers. Usually I get served by an asian man and he is the sweetest. Hopefully the lady learns from her co-worker

Had to buy one get one free voucher They redeem it and still charge my full price. ‍️ Wouldn't give me a refund as well

Had an ABSOLUTELY orgasm worthy pretzel tonight! 1!
Was moseying about southy and was upstairs from pretzel world and could smell the DECADENT smell wafting up the stairwell. I don't know what came over, but I could feel it in my waters, I needed some doughy freshy pretz, OR I WAS GOING TO GET VIOLENT.
Time was of the essence, I was a woman overcome with hunger. The escalators were too slow, so I abseiled down the edge of the balconette. #Parkour. I made it to the the storefront, It was beautiful. The maroon platicky grease trap asthetic, had me yearning for a decade of which I can't recall. The cashier was totally accomodating, which is a hefty task considering I was foaming at the mouth and sweating like the pits of hell at this late stage. "How are you so gosh darn professional? " I pried, to which he replied, "These pretzys are so fresh and salty slay, this is defo not my first rodeo (;". The options for plentiful, and the selection process was lengthy but necessary, and a settled for a plain pretzel, basic but we love her for it. IT MADE ME BUST.

Hard to find you guys when we get delivery orders from this store, poor Instructions, please make sure have some clear instructions for drivers.

Some new team members here recently as we come out of lockdown. Always has been fantastic and remains unchanged. Great quality pretzels. I love the ham and cheese and the american cheese dog - a hot dog wrapped in pretzel dough with cheese!

My son and I have been coming here since he was little. Super lovely family running this franchise. We love these guys and their pretzels!

I asked for a milkshake and they told me they didn't make milkshakes. Why did you lie? Do you not like me? Did I hurt you feelings? I still want the milkshake. I see the machines in the back. Im broken. Nice pretzels and good customer service

With multiple options of both sweet and savoury it's hard to go wrong. The cinnamon glazed hit the spot, glaze reminiscent of carrot cake icing

Very aromatic, fresh, delicious pretzels. I couldn't walk past that smell, which wafted all the way up the three shopping centre levels. They make the pretzels fresh in-house and you can tell. The Cheese Jalapeno pretzel had plenty of juicy, fresh jalapenos. The Moscow Cream pretzel was smothered in icing and had lovely bite to it. Great value too! I'll definitely be back!

Great tasting fresh pretzels with friendly staff. The California cinnamon is always a good choice. Staff do a great job remembering their regular customers in a busy shopping centre!

The pretzel from pretzel world reminds me of what i’ve been missing. It’s been so long since i’ve had pretzel, and an actual good one, this one was it!

I only tried one of their flavors, but they have many more options that I must try next. So I will definitely be back for more?

I've been going here for the past two years, and my oh my are they great! The pretzels are always fresh and doughy, and they'll even make them fresh for you if you ask! The owner is always smiley and happy as well. Excellent customer service. There is a bit of a wait if you ask for them fresh, but a small wait is definitely worth the warm doughy goodness you receive! Awesome place, I love going here.

I have been eating at Pretzel World since I was a kid and the food has always been top quality. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious and made fresh daily. They are also kind enough to make fresh pretzels per request if they don't have on shelf what you wish to buy. Great food for kids as well, I reccomened the cheese dog and the Columbian cookie! Delicious

What can you say about a pretzel? Tasted ok - you wouldn't want to eat more than one a year though!

Best place to eat! I love the Moscow Glazes, they even sell extra glaze on demand! Love this place
