This Pretzel store is amazing! The pretzels are always fresh and delicious, and they have a great variety of flavors to choose from. Absolutely great service from the staff on tonight (Saturday 22nd June). Both the boy and the girl working were so professional, kind, and efficient at what was a very busy time. Wonderful service!

I visited this pretzel store last weekend and was blown away by the quality of their pretzels. The dough was perfectly soft and chewy, and the salt was just right. I highly recommend this place!

Food okay in itself, but customer service was atrocious.was kicked out right after we got our food so we were forced to eat standing up, as they were “closed” and one of the girls said she wanted to mop, though they were sitting around talking to eachother and not getting work done.girls were also very obviously gossiping about our group as they were whispering and giggling while staring directly at us.never coming back again.

Actual product is usually very good, occasionally burnt. Service tonight (2/9) was awful, girl in white sweater rolling her eyes and sighing, had a generally negative and dismissive attitude which isn’t common for the staff here. Really brought down my night, which was greatly disappointing.

Pretty good pretzel I got the salted pretzel and clearly they didn’t care about perfectness which is good because it shows they don’t throw away imperfect pretzel

I got a pretzel today, maybe I have been spoilt by auntie Anne's but my cinnamon sugar pretzel today was so very plasticky. I was excited to have the quintessential warm and crisp on the outside, soft and pillowy on the inside experience but alas this was like stale bread rolled into the shape of a pretzel. The staff was great and store was cute though

Everything in this store is amazing! I love the pink vibe and the staff were friendly too. The pretzels were freshly made, I ordered the Nutella and it's so yummy! Will come back soon.

After visiting the store a few times, I've noticed an inconsistency in the quality and taste of the pretzels. It was okay the first time, however, coming back the pretzel I got was undercooked and burnt on the bottom. Not keen to try the Eastland store again.

First time I had it, it was good but this time not so great…. I ordered the salted caramel pretzel and unfortunately it was way too salty. I tried to scrap off the salt but the whole pretzel was covered in rock salt… disappointed and probably won’t eat pretzel again

Ideally located place, which is also hard to miss, as it is brilliantly colured, in a very vibrant and cool setting.

The Pretzel's are delicious and I will definitely come back for more.

The Service by the young female Staff members is friendly and welcominng.

It is also a plus to see how they make them Pretzels on site.

My pretzel itself is fresh and tasty. I got the "salted caramel" and the there's too many chunks of salt in the sauce. Its not very nice. The shop looks pretty but the light is uncomfortable to sit in. My table was filthy as well. Staff were friendly.

10/10 would recommend! Such a busy spot with customers all the time, I was happy to wait the 20 mins as I was informed about the wait when ordering! Pretzel was really fluffy and tasty. Customer service was great and I felt really welcomed when entering, would 100% go back again!
