Terrible service. I placed my order with the expectation that my part would be ready on the day I requested. The owner decided to go on holidays and did not bother to put the order through the system leaving me having to go to their shop TWICE to see if the order was ready. He did not provide an additional number or email to contact. Nor did his staff contact me when the order was ready to collect.

Not a great look for the owner of a company.

Carl did a fantastic job for my daughters cake topper. He pushed my job through and did an amazing job, would highly recommend Pretty Polly Designs for any laser cutting jobs.
