This is a great shop with outstanding mid century modern furniture at great prices. My vintage dining chairs were loose and Preston Vintage fixed them for a reasonable cost.

Reply to you: Nothing was broken as you know very well. It took you only 1 h to post the ad after ripping us off. And why did you say that you were buying the sofa for your house? You have a business, at least have the decency to act as a businessman and not a conman.

Disappointed is an understatement.
I initially emailed stating I wanted to come see some dining chairs, I sent a follow up email the next day saying I wanted to purchase and did they require a deposit to hold them and I would be in on Thursday morning. To which the return email stated "Hi thursday is fine see you then"
I arrive today rather excited about my new chairs, as I have been hunting these for over 4 years. (McIntosh of Kirkcaldy) from Scotland.
To be told there was a "mix up" and his partner had sold them to someone else yesterday.
I get that this was an oversight, but surely it's not hard to have a system for "sold items" from online buyers.
