Very happy with my first visit to this medical centre, quick, friendly and efficient and having a discount Chemist in the same building is super convenient.

Always greeted with kindness and positive communication. All staff address everyone with respect and dignity, even when being spoken to by unruly, abrupt or disrespectful people. Feeling cared about starts the journey to better Health.

Bad doctor and bad service. My neck is not comfortable, and the doctor doesn't do any assessment, only want to make money to let the patient do acupuncture. No any suggestion given by the doctor.

When attending a booked appointment I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes. Doctors are professional and caring, taking the time to tailor services to suit my needs.also have a text reminder service.

Awesome results using their in house Acupuncture. Pain, which was 8/10 or worse on a pain level with 10 being unbearable, has been worked on for around 8 months. Now totally pain free, zero medications or chemicals used.working with me on general health and seeing and feeling positive results.

Nursing staff also caring and quite fast, take care to make me feel a valued patient every time I am there.

Very efficient and friendly staff, minimal wait time. Highly professional and helpful doctors.

Do not go here. Doctor did not even take me into his office, but asked me in the waiting room what was wrong, then told me they weren’t going to prescribe anything as they couldn’t be sure I wouldn’t abuse it. All in front of other patients, all while I was in clear and obvious pain from an injury and with a letter from a physio to prove it.

Change patients appointment time without consultation with patient. When I call to enquire why there was a time change, no explanation and keep putting me on hold many times. No point making appointments here because you will still have to wait for half hour to an hour. If you are time poor, please find another clinic.

So bad service.
Booked a blood test today at 9: 45am. One and half hour later still not having a turn. The two people in front of me needs almost an hour each for blood samples? The lady behind me was very frustrated because she was very hungry and she knows that she had to wait for me.
Not only that, the doctor prescribed antibiotics for my daughter and her symptoms didn't improve. I came back after 5 days as told, another doctor said she didn't have any problem and that's why the antibiotics didn't work on her. They couldn't find out anything so they referred me to the Royal children hospital. So irrispobsible place. I don't know why I'm ending up here. Is there a better place?

My first time seeing a dr in years and I was dismissed by him and made to feel silly for seeking medical attention, and then the receptionist charged me $80 for the 5 second dismissive interaction I had with the dr. So I politely questioned how long the consult should be and whether I can at least get some advice on healing my injury if I’m making full payment, I felt as though I didn’t get a proper consultation. She became really rude and dismissed my questions, so I tried to pay but their eftpos machine failed. She became ruder and accusing me of not having enough to pay so I showed her I have the money in my account it must be their machine. She spoke to me like I wasn’t even a person and I am diagnosed with anxiety and when people speak to me like that I have a panic attack. I was hyperventilating and crying in this doctors office and she just kept talking down at me. A degrading, embarrassing, horrible experience and I’m left with more medical trauma.

I’m very happy with the service provided by Doctor and the reception. This is my first time come to this Clinic and very happy to found this clinic?

Dr Chen is lovely, knowledgeable and funny. Quite a long wait to see him, 40 minutes, but the practice is popular, and they bulk bill.

The receptionist is not professional, my husband standed in front desk for more than 5 minutes, he is still busy with his computer, there was a long queue from front desk window to enter door, the receptionist was not care at all, did not say any words of apologies, is he dealing a millions contract? Helplessness!

Lovely people, nurse/receptionist is welcoming and kind and doctor Steven is polite and great to talk to. Thanks everyone at the clinic for seeing me on such short notice.

The receptionist was very polite and efficient. I arrived early as a walk in appointment on a Sunday and was seen very quickly by the GP Dr Bruce Wu. He had a lovely manner, listened well, and provided proficient care for my medical problem. Would return here again.

Doctor seemed uninterested and dismissive doesn’t seem to care or ask questions and in a hurry to get you out the door would not recommend to anyone.

Dr Yue Chen is very friendly, caring and professional. The receptionist wearing tracksuit like a gangster, scary and rude. This place needs better receptionist than her.

Ask you come 10-15 minutes before your appointment end up you still have to wait at least 30-45 minutes.

Terrible experience! The doctor spoke in chinese and it was hard to understand their english. I asked her to give me my previous prescription in my history records but she said it never existed. I really feel bad for the clinic and just wasting my time and my money. Never book Judy chen again

Very friendly obliging staff at reception, great doctors, always quickly available. No waiting time. I recommend this clinic to everyone without hesitation, I've only had the best possible experience everytime attending in person or through telehealth calls. Dr Wu was professional and efficient, as well as being readily available on the weekend for an urgent consultation!
