5My favourite store at Preston Market, the staff are super friendly and will cut the meat into any shape you require. Their crumbed chicken schnitzels are to die for, They make kangaroo burgers occasionally, mine do not taste the same.
We've bought game meats here several times, wild boar, venison, camel, duck etc. All sorts of exotic meats. Always fresh and high quality. The staff are really knowledgeable about the various products and cuts they sell and are happy to give advice on how best to prepare them. Some meats are seasonal or available when a hunter has supplied wild boar etc and they quickly sell out. You can get put on a mailing/contact list so for hard to get meats they'll contact you when some comes in fresh.
Today we drove for an hour and a bit to find this very unique shop at the Preston market. From the onset we loved the service that Betty provided. Her knowledge of the game meat and authentic way in which she served us made us feel very humbled.

We needed crocodile for an exclusion diet for our cat, and they were able to provide it. Thank goodness.
They also have a great range of game meats - such as kangaroo, rabbit, venison, possum.
