I've been a patient here since 2003.

Dr Simon Wilson supports me and my very complex kid. My kid has trust issues, which can make it hard for them to accept supports. Simon has managed to maintain my kid's trust in him. He's thorough, empathetic, and also tells it like it is.

Every other clinician (GPs and nurses) at this clinic is also professional and positive.

This is a really uniquely wonderful practice. Dr Lopriore in particular is super kind and caring, and a brilliant GP with a very thorough and knowledgeable approach to diagnosis and treatment. The pathology service and receptionists are also great. I feel very lucky to be a patient here.

Honestly today I wrote a review on here today praising my wonderful GP dr Michelle Leadston and the rest of the medical staff. But when I said how unsatisfied I was with two receptionist’s like so many other in the comments here seem to have similar reviews. The receptionist Sharnie called me outraged about my opinion. The two receptionist need to realize if people are giving them both bad reviews. Then they need to change how they behave treat and talk to and about others and act more professional. Because what I got today was appalling.

An uprofessional display by the receptionist today. I called to see if I could retrieve some medical records. Shiloh was extremely rude and on the defence saying that clinic had only been open for 4 years. She failed to advise that most medical records had been transferred over since the same clinic had reopended under a new trading name with all the same staff, even though she was aware of this. I don't think she likes her job as she always speaks in a condescending manner. As a medical receptionist myself, I would change my line of work if I behaved that way. Shiloh lacks empathy and does not approach people in a warm manner as is necessary in a clinic where lots of vulnerable people walk through. I have been a patient for Dr Le's for over 25 years, and I have met some beautiful receptionists in the past. I really hope Shiloh takes this on board for personal improvement.
My stars are only for Dr Le. It's a shame that due to Shiloh's behaviour, the remainder had to be retracted

I got a vasectomy here, it was pretty quick and required little effort on my part. The doctor and I chatted amicably about rural migration and cycling.
Despite the local anaesthetic, his professionalism and the easy small talk, I will admit it's not an experience I wish to relive on the regular. I liken it to that one time I went to Sydney, I have done it, and now I never need to do it again

Honestly I regret going here so hard. I engaged with this service following a workplace injury and this clinic was the only place that had same day availablity, and I had to keep going to this clinic due to it being work cover related. The Doctors made three errors on my paper work (two of which were the wrong dates) and they accused me of fraud and scamming them for pain meds because my injury was something out of their professional capacity. After being diagnosed by a specialist, one doctor called and apologised and corrected their errors however the other incorrect date was never changed which meant I couldn't get paid to and was 2 thousand dollars in debt. After months of me, my workplace and two other services trying to call them so they could change the error, they still refused (again they literally only needed to change a date that is a clear error).
I finally booked in an appointment with the GP months later, however when I called to seek clarity around something I was treated so poorly and they told that the clinic could not engage with me and only my workplace could communicate with them (my workplace had previously attempted contact and were told that they could only communicate with me due to confidentiality).

I've never felt so bloody small (and poor) in my life.

I have been coming to this practice for over 30 years and have always found the experience to be very proffesional, with friendly staff and caring doctors.

Been seen by Dr. Michelle Leadston and attending this clinic for a few years now and couldn’t be happier with the care and service she and her clinic provides.

All the doctors I have had the pleasure to see are so considered and really listen. They spend the time to gain a thorough understanding of my concerns and provide helpful and useful solutions. Reception staff are always friendly, flexible and understanding.

Being a patient at this clinics for many years has proved this is a trusted medical facility providing good customer service (especially Shilo) and medical consultations. I personally express my sincere thanks to my GP Dr Huyen Le who has been giving me and my whole family her reliable advice and treatment for our health issues.

L have been going to this clinic for about 20 years and even when they moved, l went along also. My GP Dr Michelle Leadston is so understanding and patient, she always has my families best interest at heart and we aren't rushed. The Preston Family Medical Clinic provides a friendly professional and caring environment from the welcoming nature of the receptionists to the thorough investigating techniques of the medical staff I have had dealings with. Unlike some other clinics I have dealt with, this truly feels like a personalized family clinic where the emphasis is placed on the patient’s needs rather than on a profit oriented business model. Fabulous doctors - be warned though that this is a group practice so if you want to stick to a specific doctor (and if it's a senior one) then you won't be able to just slot in to immediate appointments. They are booked out weeks if not months in advance. The other issue is that the default service is telehealth and you have to argue and justify why you want to be seen in person - not great when you have babies who need to be examined.

The staff and the Doctors are very friendly and efficient particularly Dr Michelle Leadston with her experience and knowledge looks after me l feel very comfortable every time I visit the clinic I highly recommend Preston Family Medical

A fantastic practice. Efficient, reliable, with expert medical assistance and knowledgeable admin staff.

I am very happy with Preston Family Medical. My doctor listens and need be will refer me for specialist services. The receptionists have also been very helpful.

The receptionist need to learn if they want to talk about a patient make sure they can't hear it.
