I took my computer in to Ruffy to sort out an issue with photo conversions. Ruffy assisted me in understanding how to take the necessary steps to address the issue. As I'm not savvy with technology he went through the process many times until i understood it. He explained and set up what i needed to do. Thank you Ruffy I appreciated you help. I would certainly recommend Ruffy to assist again with any technology issue.

Guys did a great job. Needed a battery replacement on my Dell laptop, they had it complete within the week. Very reasonable price as well, would definitely go back.

I took my friend to get her apple desktop computer repaired at Preston Computers. The staff there were honest and helpful. They told her the likely cause of the issue and approximately how much it would cost to repair. The part was replaced and the service was completed by the next day. They stuck to their quote and the job was professionally done. Far less expensive than an actual Apple shop, too.

Extremely quick and easy service which I have received no where else. Fixed an issue I had a large problem with in under 2 hours and was extremely professional. Will be back with any future issues with electronics and will be referring everybody else I know.
