Recently completed a new flooring with Carpet Court Preston and they were great to work with. All really friendly, helpful and worked to our budget. We went with some timber look vinyl flooring and it looks awesome! It was also installed perfectly by Sash. Really recommend this company!

Carpeted another house with Preston Carpet Court, we got a 100% NZ Wool from Cavalier, the service from the free home measure appointment to the installation is brilliant, the carpet looks and feels great.

Mansplainer on the end of the phone. If you like being given gratuitous advice by someone who is unable to meet your timelines and cynically says 'good luck with that! ', this is the place to go. If you can't do the job, just say 'no sorry about that'. Got onto the phone to someone else and am getting the carpet laid this week.

It was a very good and enjoyable journey picking up our carpets. Adam did a great job helping us to pick up carpet and timber flooring that match the interior colours of our house.
And his tradesmen Rami for carpet and Arman for timber installations. They did a great job we are so satisfied dealing with those blokes.

We had oak engineered floating floors installed. We are so impressed with the product and service, we dealt with Shariff. The guys, Aram and crew, that came around to do the install were amazing, really going above and beyond to make sure we were happy, quality workmanship also.

Very bad customer service.

Booked to have a quotation to install flooring but the "store manager" did not show up on the day. He was unapologetic and could not provide an alternative time to do the quotation even though I booked in weeks earlier. Wasted more than an hour to drive to my new place. Carpet Call in Preston was way better, Hamed gave very good service.

Adam and the team were honest and professional.
I have been most impressed by the great team of installers lead by Aman who were punctual, efficient, polite and professional. The job they did is second to none and they even replaced my furniture as a courtesy. The floating floor looks amazing. I couldn’t be happier.

I would like to thank the team at Preston Carpet Court - particularly Adam and Ahmed - for their assistance organising the installation of the carpet in our unit in inner Melbourne. They dealt professionally and promptly with the extra difficulties presented by Covid restrictions. I would also like to thank the installer who did a very good job, again under difficult circumstances.
And, of course, the carpet looks fantastic!

While the product was really good, the service was not ideal. Essentially we were told by Shariff that our doors would not need shaving, but when the carpet was installed it appeared that we did. Rather than apologising Shariff tried to blame my partner and then he doctored a set of his own notes to show as if he had told us the doors would need shaving.

I wouldn’t recommend this carpet court, go to a store where the sales person is more honest and forthright.

This was a wonderful customer service experience. Shariff listened to what I needed and arranged everything with little stress, and Arman and his team came in, installed quickly and professionally. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and with the final results!
