The worst experience i have ever had. Not only is this company not professional by any means, they do not look out for their clients to say the least. To say they over promise and under deliver is an understatement. You constantly need to chase them up to get the slightest action, answer or service.

Feel really betrayed by Prestige, our case manager seems to be lying to us to rectify her mistake. When they don't do their job and approve additional services not within the budget, perhaps the service should then be paid off using the case management fee, rather than cancelling a 90 year old's weekly appointments without her consent to recoup those funds. I feel so so sorry for any elderly person who has to navigate this themselves.

I have been working at Prestige around one and half year. I have learned important skills from my work.
So far it is a really good Australian company to work for with a great team culture. It is a good business and I believe it is a good place to be.

Prestige management clearly hire with culture in mind. They have created a supportive, team orientated environment where employees feel valued and respected no matter what role they in. Caring for people is a rewarding job, but Prestige make it enjoyable too.

With the steady and compassionate guidance from our Sydney co ordinator we have been able to support Mums emotional and health journey through covid and then in 2021. The office responds quickly to Mums needs and communicates well to carers and us the family. We appreciated the conference call between siblings and our co ordinator and we were able to discuss challenging issues in a non threatening forum.

We often recommend they contact Prestige Inhome Care when care needs to be delivered to their home or retirement village unit. We do so because of the regular fed-back, thanking us for the recommendation and telling us how lovely the carers are

Hi I'm a Paraplegic PrestigeInHomeCare client who receives 4 to 6hrs+ of multiple support services with fully qualified Carer's/Staff 7 days a week. My Prestige Carer's/Staff are fully qualified Carer's, who are always so polite, courteous, trustworthy, attentive, respect my dignity & are so professional in thier duties with me.
Recently, 1 of my Carer's discovered that I had a pressure wound & if it hadn't been discovered, serious complications could have occurred. PrestigeInHomeCare provided me with a fully qualified registered nurse every day to clean & apply dressings to my pressure wounds. This excellent care will continue until my pressure wound has completely healed in approximately 2 weeksthey hope. PrestigeInHomeCare registered nurses all wonderful bright & intelligent, who are also professional in thier duties, treating me with the utmost respect & care. I honestly don't know what I would do or where I would be today without PrestigeInHomeCare.
Yesterday was my birthday & unfortunately I usually spend my birthday ALONE & in a very depressed state, but my carer (Jeanette), went above & BEYOND her duties as a qualified Carer, making sure my birthday was a happy day, (because, although everyone should be happy on thier birthday, not "EVERYONE has a happy birthday")
Jeanette made me a lovely nutritious breakfast & then finishing my birthday at the end of the day with my favourite meal, spaghetti bolegnese & a small birthday cake.
This is just how, PrestigeInHomeCare take care of thier clients. It's all about the little things. I also have gardening services with PrestigeInHomeCare & am always being told that I have the best looking garden/lawns in my street. Recently, PrestigeInHomeCare has been getting not so favourable reviews but PrestigeInHomeCare will rectify any situation if you just give them a chance As soon as I have any issues I just call PrestigeInHomeCare 1300 & let them know what's wrong & they fix whatever the problem is. It only takes a phone call to the PrestigeInHomeCare 1300 phone number & speaking to the wonderful staff alerting them to the situation or telling the staff what services I need & they fix it. Rather than writing a bad review, these situations might’ve been dealt with in a more professional manner than writing a bad review instead.
My journey with PrestigeInHomeCare so far, has been a very positive experience, which will continue for many years to come so I have NO hesitation in recommending PrestigeInHomeCare to anyone looking for care in the home for thier family member or client Thank you PrestigeInHomeCare for the excellent care you provide for me & making it possible for me to stay in my own home with the utmost respect, dignity & experienced Carer's. Hi. We had great need of nursing services due to an accident that had my mum in a neck brace for 3 months - fractured neck. The service provided by Prestige was amazing and the nurse sent to us - Christina, so lovely and kind - my mum adored her. Thank you so much for your support during this time and we thoroughly recommend this service to anyone needing help and support for their loved ones.

Prestige provided in home care over summer for my mother in law on the Bellarine Peninsula. From the outset they were very professional in arranging the daily care morning and evening and provided staff well trained happy and obliging allowing the family to enjoy the holidays with minimal stress. Thank you to Angela and her team you were all fantastic.

Although we had some initial troubles with some of the carers, Prestige provided us new carers to fix the situation as quickly as possible at short noticed.

My family have been using Prestige for a couple of weeks now on practically a day to day basis, mostly it has been good experience with the workers coming and doing a wonderful job, their has definitely been communication problems, with them not being at the right place for picking up client or not turning up at all, when specifically told verbally and by email, so definitely need to improve, otherwise they have been quick to come at very short notice which we are grateful for.

Peter MacCallum suggested Prestige to assist during breast cancer treatment.
The difference their help has made to my stress levels lowering and my general well being increasing is priceless.
I felt very considered and valued and the caters are fabulous
