Personal carer was able to do both personal care and trip to the Barbers within the allotted time in a calm and friendly manner. Carer was also able to navigate directions given to her and looked after the client whilst out in the community and at the Barbers. My father always tells me how he has a good rapport with the carer (calling her the English girl)
