I ordered a XS bag during their big sale, it was $55. It arrived all wrapped as new, but after opening the plastic seal the bag itself was actually stained in 3 places. I emailed customer service very politely and included photos and they responded: “sale items are final and if you want to exchange you will need to pay the return postage yourself” regardless whether this item was a sale item or not, it still should of been delivered in NEW condition, not DIRTY! They didn’t reply to me after I asked why they weren’t covering the return postage. I’m out of pocket for postage on an item that they delivered stained.

The XS Bag (BLACK) Neoprene Crossbody / Hand Bag has to be one of the best bags I have owned. It is a fantastic size to use whether going in to the office or using as a casual bag on the weekend. I can't recommend it highly enough. It is versatile and great value for money.

We received a faulty bag and were advised to go to an alterations store to fix ourselves. Terrible service.

Zip broke immediately. The head office didn’t care and weren’t interested in fixing.

I own quite a few Prene products and just love dealing with Prene customer care. They are always quick to respond and super helpful with any question I have big or small. Their products are made well, sturdy and look great!

Very disappointed the pictures of the bag online vs reality is quite deceiving, the bag is much smaller than I was expecting, (I own that I didn't take measurements). Attracts lint very easily. The inside base of the bag does not stay in place.

Very disappointed in the Freddy bag, pictures are extremely deceiving and the bag is a lot smaller than indicated.

Loved the bum/waist bag so much I ordered an additional 4 for friends and family. It fits snuggly. Has two good size zipped pouches so can store credit card and phone separately. Also very comfortable and light. Well done Prene.

Great service & great bags. I have three tote bags & now have the Mimi cross body. So practical & light for when I am walking the dog or just need hands free. Holds everything essential, phone, keys, wallet, sunnies & lippie. Amazing.

I ordered the Sunday bag and it’s amazing. I am using it for a nappy bag because I couldn’t find one anywhere that I liked and had enough space. This one has so many pockets for everything but yet isn’t to big. I have NO regrets in getting this bag.

Great Multi-Purpose Bag!

I've been using this bag for the past couple of weeks for gym, school and other stuff. I live in the UK so had to pay for customs (although it wasn't too bad of a cost) and I am now really enjoying using this bag which really matches my style:)

Such a wonderful retailer - one of the best in Australia! They started the trend of these bags and I now understand why these bags become so big. They are versatile, easy to wash and quite inexpensive. Bags come exactly how they look in the photos on the website. Highly recommend!

So many pockets and useful storage! Iv had a couple of baby bags in the last couple of years and this is by far the best one. It’s fits everything I need and more. Even with two kids I can have everything I need in a good looking bag. I love it!

I absolutely love my Prene bag! It arrived so fast and the quality of the bag is just amazing. I have a nearly 2 year old so it is great i can fit his stuff into my bag as well when we are going out. I can't get enough of my Prene bag and can't wait to purchase another!
