10Used to be a good store. They now only employ staff that doesn’t know what they are doing. Went to buy a buy some wine but 3 bottles for 28$. At the checkout discussion between 3 staff started if the rose is part of the deal or not. Either false advertising or incompetent staff. That’s it for me, Good bye premix king

The selection does not always have what I'm after, the prices are great and the staff is fantastic!
I've avoided this bottle shop for at least 6 months due to poor attitude of staff. Returned tonight to see if the staff had changed and the attitude towards customers. Sadly NO! Rude indifferent staff. POOR IN ALL WAYS. Go to breakwater hotel. Prices about the same and the beer is actually cold, not the staff. Will do what I can to expose how badly run this store is and how poorly the staff treat their customers. Will be getting in touch with head office. Who ever is the manager of this store needs to be replaced.

As the name suggests for Pre-Mix drinks this place rules. Not so much for Bottles of Spirits however with other local bottleshops matching even beating them in price. Really friendly and fast staff makes this place my "go to" place for my premix days.
Great prices and Top Service by Fantastic Friendly Staff. Always happy & willing to help out and are respectful to everybody offering to carry boxes out to peoples cars especially the elderly. More shop assistants like this crew are needed in most shops.

I accidently bought a six pack of the wrong drinks and when i went back in to refund it to buy the right drinks these 2 guys wouldn't help or refund my six pack and they didn't give me my receipt, they were 100% sure i couldn't trade for the drinks I wanted which I don't think is correct, I'm upset with there service and attitude.
