I come here all the time, they have a great variety of soju and sake and also everything's a good price.stays open pretty late which is a plus, and the staff are always nice.

Store is always fully stocked with a wide selection of liquor and beer. Amazing service, it’s a really busy location but the checkout process is always quick and easy. Friendly staff.

Staff are pretty friendly here, especially the male staff member who always seems to be working, perhaps the owner. He’s easily been able to honour prices that the website has shown, if the labelled prices prove to be incorrect in store.

The place to shop for all you corporate events, whether it be catering, Monday night drinks or gifting, they have what you need. Great customer service!

Great curbside service. I phone ten minutes before I plan to be there and they always have my order ready with a smile.

Although not so big in space, but they do have a lot of brands that you often want. I especially liked their cold beer section. The price seems competitive to me. I found the staffs friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

Prices stated on the shelf product are different to what was charged at the register, by an increase of $2.00. When questioned why, staff member stated ” I haven’t had enough time to update the prices. ” And charged the higher price.
Sorry but this is not the consumer’s issue in my opinion.

Have visited store a number of times in recent weeks and not been able to purchase a particular product. Initially product on order then not available during the week when due to arrive. On subsequent visits stock has been reordered with availability of product due the next week, on return to store no product in stock. Not sure if demand for product is high or stock just not arriving to store will again check next week.

Moved to Ararat recently and was looking around for the best prices of alcohol, however was instantly accused of working at another bottle shop and was repeatedly asked to leave without an explanation. Our friends and family have shopped here before and are always followed around and treated as shoplifters. This is a pathetic way to train staff and treat customers. Do not give this store the satisfaction of spending money.

Lots of stock and good prices. Uncluttered shop, well presented. Staff always friendly. Parking at the front door.
