A seriously extensive range of wine and other alcohol! Spread over two floors with a beautiful interior with little nooks in the wine cellar that illuminate when entering.

After the many times I have been inside this beautiful wine paradise, it is time for me to share my experience.

Good prices, well stocked.staff are always helpful and mostly friendly.

Premix King Wendouree I walked into premix king tonight, and I asked the attendee if i could have a cold slab of beer from the fridge, he refused to get it for me unless i paid first, i said why do i have to pay first in view of all security in the shop and my car parked directly outside, he said because you might steal something! Terribly insulting, it makes no security sense whatsoever. Shame PreMix King Shame on you and your brand. Back to Aldi and BWS i go. So Having had a terrible customer experience at the Wendouree store, i was offered the opportunity to go and speak to the owner "Michael" at there Sebastopol store, on certain days between certain hours, I was unable to attend the store during these times, so i offered to meet him at the Wendouree store after dinner time, i was advised that Michael would not meet me a Wendouree, and i was to go to the Sebastopol! I offered Premix my direct phone number in order to receive a simple phone call, this was not acceptable and this gesture was rejected. Premix King Michael, Shame on you EVEN WHEN YOU GET IT WRONG YOU STILL CAN NOT GET IT RIGHT.

Fantastic customer service, the guy at the Wendouree store was incredibly helpful with directions we needed in town and knew which products were much better prices than what we pay at home on the coast. Great shop, great service! Thanks for spot on advice!
