PregAQUA

Pregactive Aqua classes have been great exercise throughout my pregnancy. They are very enjoyable and are a great workout. Being in the water allows me to be able to jog as well as stretch out on my tummy - both of which I have missed since progressing in my pregnancy. After each class I feel relaxed, flexible and invigorated. I recommend this class highly!

PregActive Prenatal Yoga and PregAQUA have helped me so much in my pregnancy. I could have had the absolute worst day, and somehow the class just allowed me to let it all go. I always left feeling so relaxed. The PregAQUA class was bliss in my third trimester. I felt so energised in class, the water is really amazing! You work hard, but the whole time feel supported and weightless. Thank you so much for such great classes, can't wait to be back for Mums and Bubs!

I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and have been loving the PregAqua classes. It is a gentle but effective workout, and feels so good to take the weight-off in the pool. The pregnancy aqua classes are also fun! I plan to continue to participate in these classes right up until bubs is here! And then come back for postnatal aqua!

Great way to stay active into late pregnancy. I really enjoyed being in the water and the workouts helped me sleep better. Kerryn is great! Would definitely recommend

Class was alot of fun. Felt great to be in the water. Close to home which is a bonus. Kerryn is very fun, approachable & helpful. Makes it very enjoyable being surrounded by friendly/supportive people.
