We recently had our 2 old shower screens removed and 2 new ones installed by Precision Shower Screens & Robes.

Prior to obtaining a quotation we visited the showroom in Montrose and were impressed with the friendly, informed staff (particularly Jane) and the beautifully laid out showroom.

The quote was competitive, and the installation took place within the promised time frame. The installer was Gavin who, apart from being friendly, was obviously very experienced and worked with great accuracy.

The new screens look beautiful and we have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.

Regency has been a positive experience from quoting through to installation. Sales were flexible with times and messaged to confirm booking. Install team were professional confirming booking and calling before arrival. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them.

I definitely do NOT recommend this company.

After waiting for over 3 years for Precision to come out and fix a leaking shower screen they had installed in my home, they then informed me that they would not be sending anyone out claiming it was out of warranty and because I had posted a Negative review.

Both of their claims were completely untrue because all of their products have a 5 Year Warranty and I never posted my negative review until they had told me multiple times they would not be sending any one out.

Precision were excellent, Ben came and did a measurement, was very accurate, on time and efficient. Screen took 10 working days to custom make or shower screen. Shane came in again on time and installed our screen. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them.

We designed a shower area with non standard shape and/or outline, Precision Shower Screens went out of their way to make and fit a semi frameless screen to suit and it looks great! A big thank you to Luke for his help and care with it all, what an asset he is to this company. Thanks team.

We recently contacted Precision Shower Screens & Robes for a quotation for changing our cupboard doors to sliding and we found the whole process fantastic. Right through from the beginning of walking into the shopfront to the finished product. The rep Ben came over to provide a site measurement and explained the whole process and within 10 days our doors were installed by their technician Shane who was fantastic and ultra professional. Poor quality and poor customer service. (To answer the response below, the order was in my partner’s name & we spent plenty of time trying to resolve the issues. I stand by what I’ve said.)

Phil (owner of business) is absolutely shocking! He is extremely rude and disrespectful. If there is a slight query regarding service/products /price they will take no resposibility at all and scam you and take your money. I can show you evidence in emails of this. As consumers we have rights, raise your voice and take these types of business to VCAT / consumer affair as we are.

Very happy with Precision. We reached out to two companies to quote for supply & install of
sliding mirrored robe doors. Precision responded within a few hours. The other company didn’t even reply! Precision’s pricing was about half of what we were expecting. Following an on site check & measure the doors were ready within a week. Installation was easy to arrange. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. We highly recommend them!
