Awesome service, punctual, informative. Ron provided a quote within minutes of my call. Andy fitted the new lock for us the following morning, and brought an additional (cheaper but stronger) lock to the one we ordered to explain how it might work better for us. Was in and out in 40 minutes, nice clean work. Definitely recommend.

The dead lock arm (minor internal component) snapped on my front door lock, rendering the entire lock unusable. Having called Precision to ask for their advice they advised that if I was comfortable in removing the lock and bringing it in it would be far cheaper than a call out. Which I did, they even took the time to rectify another issue I encountered (free of charge). This was all done on the same day, no appointment! Highly recommend. Cheers, Matt.

I did not shop around on price but the peace of mind from quality service is invaluable to me, and I found their pricing to be very reasonable overall. Excellent service from Ron and Dave for advice on a mechanical gate lock and digital front door lock. I subsequently opted to go with the Dahua Digital Smart lock after Dave's recommendation, which he fitted today. Very happy with the installation and functionality.
