Kevin did an excellent job. He installed a deadlock for us to keep our toddler safe inside the house. The new lock is easy to use and Kevin has installed it so it fits in aesthetically with our door handle. We’re very happy with the job we had done.

After a lock emergency today, contacted Precision who were fantastic. They were able to see me today, let me know accurate time frames, and Kevin was quick and professional on site. Would definitely use again.

Avoid avoid at all costs! The most incompetent company I’ve every came across. Had my lock for months, given the run around daily. Absolutely no communication and are unable to make a key. Was told weekly to come pick it up, then told it wasn’t ready. The manager of the Morwell store was abusive and condescending. I have never been so upset with would should have been an easy transaction to make a key. Appalling! I was told over and over in a matter of months that we could pick up lock with new key within two days. They continued to lie to us. We showed respect and patience, only to be abused and insulted by Morwell staff. A two week job doesn’t take over two months!

Awesome service. Our front door handle in our shopfront snapped and we were looking at a 7 - 14 day wait from other suppliers. Called up Kevin and the team and they sorted us out straight away. What could have taken weeks took less than an hour, cheers Kevin!

Today Kevin fitted a new door lock to my sliding door and as the security door hadn't worked since I moved into my new home also a new barrel for that door.
Precision Lock and key get 10/10 from me - I was notified by SMS when Kevin was 15mins from my place (timeliness), I was shown options to repair my doors (great customer service) with good pricing and a friendly smile!

I needed a needed new key fob for my car.
Josh was a polite and motivated young man, he had good product knowledge and explained what was required. My car was booked to have the job done. It was finished on time. Josh is a good example of someone who obviously loves his job. I’m completely satisfied with the work that was performed for me. And would recommend this locksmith to anyone who needs this type of service.

I contacted Precision Lock & Key to get 3 sliding doors locks changed and 3 external door locks changed on a new domestic home site. This was because my builder went into liquidation on Thursday 25th May and I wanted to change the locks so I had access to my house but on others. The house is in lockup stage with on house insurance on it since the liquidation occurred. I rang your office the next day (Friday) and spoke to Josh over the phone, told him the job required and he gave me a quote of $365. I said that's fine and book me in. I then met Nick and Kevin who turned up that evening on site. They did a fantastic job trying to work in the dark changing all door locks. But the final bill cost was not $365 as quoted, but $515. I would suggest, if you give a quote you should stick to that quote. But otherwise you boys did a great job. Thank you.

Kevin and Crystal were awesome to deal with. Kevin rang me back after hours to see how he could help. Crystal looked after all the administrative details and kept me up-to-date with what was happening.
I had a rare safe key that needed cutting and the safe company had gone out of business along time ago. I tried a locksmith in Centre Road Bentley. They wanted to charge me almost double what ‘Precision lock and key’ wanted to charge, would need the key for over a week and could give no guarantee that the key they cut would work in the for the Re
I was told by a friend who is been in the key and lock business all his life that the only two places in Australia that could cut the key were in Morwell and one in Perth.
Using certified mail, with a return envelope, I mailed the keys to Crystal and Kevin cut them and have them back to me within a week. They work perfectly.
Half the cost, twice the service and just been doing this business for so long, nothing was a problem.

FANTASTIC. CAME TO MEENIYAN, WHERE MY HUSBAND HAD BROKEN THE KEY FOR HIS BENZ TRUCK.

Absolutely awesome came out on saturday to a car with key so worn would not turn, got us up and running again no issues made it seem so easy, especially after another locksmiths had said we needed to replace the barrel, this guy managed to cut a key that unlocks and starts our car, all from just sight, rechipped the transponder with the call out fee they were still a better price than the other wanted to do a job not required. Thanks soooooo much you guys are awesome.

Kevin was excellent got to us 15 min after called (locked ourselves out) let us in and changed all locks on 5 doors and now 1 key opens every door. Excellent service.
