Wonderful experience so far with Precision. Dr Richard Sullivan was friendly and spoke to me about my injury with empathy and care. Felt a lot more comfortable about my rehabilitation and road to recovery after speaking to him.
Dr Kim in Kew was also excellent.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the waiting time to see the doctor and physiotherapist are both pretty good.

I have been in chronic pain and frequently dismissed by doctors and specialists.

The biggest thing for me was that Dr Weekes not only made me feel acknowledged, he treated my pain (I had ablations), and I have part of my life back. I will never be able to thank him enough for that.

The support and administration team at Precision have always been helpful, often going over and above.

However, they are incredibly expensive and in my opinion, it is just too much money - that’s my only reason for dropping my rating. If you have the money then I would definitely recommend them.

I am grateful for Professor Bittar amazing effort, following my recent surgery after a motorcycle accident. Although the recovery is still in progress. I am very happy with the immediate results of surgery.
I cannot praise the professionalism and skill of the Professor Bittar and his team enough. During consultation, I was well informed of my injury, options available, and risks associated with surgery. His team provided everything I needed to know in a prompt manner, making the surgery and recovery journey as stress free as possible.
This is my third ACDF Procedure performed by Prof Bittar and his team over the past 16 years (due to accidents). I recovered from the first two operations with excellent results and managed to continue full-time work. I am confident that this latest procedure will yield the same results.

Seven years ago I was quite disabled due to spinal pain! I am an 82 yo woman, and Dr. Richard Sullivan has treated my very significant pain along many spinal areas, and I am now quite mobile. He has given me back my independence. My very sincere thanks to Richard and his very supportive team!

He was empathetic, honest and knowledgeable.

After years of living with debilating Essential Tremor, not able to write anymore and depending on my wife to assist for eating and drinking. This amazing treatment "MRI Focussed Guided Ultra Sound" changed my life completely in a positive way. All staff present during the procedure and not only the three specialists worked together in such a profesional harmony, we could not have expected a kinder better treatment and outcome.
Able to write and sign papers again, able to write myself the customs arrival form on the plane back home to New Zealand, eating soup with a spoon again. We can go out for dinner, sit on a terrace with a cup of coffee. Friends now making comments, "we can't wipe the smile of your face" and it is true our life has been on hold for such a long time, now my wife and myself can live again.

Dr Hazeem Akil has to be one of the most compassionate and caring people never mind just Doctors I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He has consulted and performed a revised spinal surgery on me because another surgeon had unfortunately failed to rectify my back issues from a Motor vehicle accident. He was thorough in his assembly and explanation of the issues I have been facing and in what to expect moving forward. He didn't sugar coat anything in regard to the pain I would feel post op and has been supportive thus far. I still have a way to go until recovery is complete but has reassured me any concerns I have He is there to help. Cannot recommend enough.

My brother-in-law sent me a U-Tube clip on Precision Health treatment of movement tremor, I asked my GP to investigate. As a result, I contacted Precision and organized to have the noninvasive procedure done. The procedure was 95% successful for my right hand and I can now write, eat and groom myself, something I found very difficult to do before. I highly recommend the procedure to anyone who has movement tremors, who could afford it, to have it done. It is a life changer in many ways.

Medical business with poor communication, high costs and patient comes last. Long wait for an appointment. Longer wait for treatment - too long for chronic neurological pain. Procedures cancelled the night before booking. No peace for patient. My partner ended his pain by taking his life - wish precision had provided service instead of adding frustration & sorrow.

Went in as a 28yo with back pain and sciatica issues which started as a 16yo. Dr. Akil assessed me in Mildura and made me very comfortable about having a microdiscectomy. Once I had my appointment I booked surgery within a few weeks.
After surgery I woke up without pain and numb legs and feet and haven’t had any since. Was life changing in which my wife agrees. 18months on I’m coaching and playing football like a 29yo should. Couldn’t recommend more and have done to multiple people. Only wish I done it sooner!
