The Best Agent In Mildura. I have found Dennis to be the most effective agent in Mildura having had several dealings with him. I have come across lots of agents along my road of property purchases over the past 20 years and Dennis, definitely stands out as the most honest and proficient agent out of them all. There were no boundaries in relation to the amount of time i spent calling him about properties and the time of day didnt deter him as i am a demanding customer. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell any property commercial or residential in that whole Mildura area.

A Happy Experience Dealing with Riley Burns From PRD Mildura
I highly recommend Riley Burns as a preferred realestate agent to deal with for the following reasons.
1. At no point in time were we pressured by Riley to purchase the property we were left to make up our own minds.
2. Riley arranged the house to be opened on Sunday as we could not get up to Mildura on the Saturday from Melbourne by 9: 30am as it is a 6 and and a half hour drive.
3. The house was as stated.
4. We were allowed to inspect the house at our leisure.
5. Riley recommended a pest and building inspector both whose rates were competititive.
6. Building inspection and Pest inspection completed before the expiry of 14 days after signing the contract. Both reports were extensive and thorough.
7. Riley ensured everything went smoothly at his clients end and maintained a constant communication with us keeping us in the loop all the time.
8. Riley has been straight up and down in his dealing with us.
All in all we are both happy with Riley's professional experience and the way that he handled this matter and would not hesitate to deal with him again should another opportunity arise.
